What I despise about the changes, Invasions and the Trig ships.
Triglavian ships make the normal pirate factions ships feel weak and obsolete.
The designs of those ships look to be Omega, all of the pirate faction frigate ships allow alpha players.
The Trig spew themselves all over Highsec into systems that both Omega and Alpha players reside causing a down graded feeling for those pilots who are only able to play via Alpha.
The Triglavian Invasions makes New Eden seem like it was just served a plate full of crap.
I for one will welcome our new Triglavkin Malarkey overlords.
CCP screwed up by turning the game into taking turns shooting each other’s shitty refineries for 15 minutes three times a week. This is their contrition, and our penance. I am ready to be saved. Praise Talos.

How is that even fair though? An Alpha player can purchase plex, fit T1 Faction Navy Pirate Ships. They can support the game via buying other items from the NES store like the daily apha injectors.
Why are those players frowned on?
Alpha state is one of CCP’s biggest recent mistakes. If you look anywhere the game is reviewed (such as on Steam), you can see that most of the negative reviews deal with the fact that this “free” game is charging for so many things (which, obviously, need to be free). Back when a subscription was mandatory, there were few, if any, such reviews, and the few that existed came from people who reviewed every game negatively for that exact reason. EVE used to be rated in the upper-eighties for such a long time, and now it’s lower than 70%.
Maybe if they were to unlock the Triglavian ships to every player then when the Launcher pukes out new skins perhaps Alpha players might purchase them.
Simple: you buy the game, you are a person. You play for free and beg for charity handouts you take what you are given and stop begging for more.

Which they can use to no longer be an alpha player.
Why are those players frowned on?
Because they are, as a whole, entitled parasites who whine and cry if their farming abilities get nerfed in any way and demand all of the benefits of being a paying customer for free. And because the F2P business model inevitably leads to lower quality games as making “free” players buy stuff in the cash shop takes priority over improving the game itself.
Cause an Alpha pilot can buy 15 bucks of plex a month and should be able to get just as much out of the game as an Omega pilot who pays 14.99 a month subscription.

You can. You spend your $15/month and you are no longer an alpha. Problem solved.

Because you don’t get to play the entire game if you don’t pay for it. Buy the game if you want to fly everything, and be glad you get to fly anything above T1 frigates.
I sold 3 x Orcas yesterday. My alts I repackaged them and sold them well I did only plan to rent them.
I rent ships, do you rent your ships too? It is fun, maybe you do maybe you don’t but I like to rent my ships.
Alpha Pilots should feel the same as an Omega Pilot in these Invasions and they should be able to fly Trig ships.
Since when? Are you sure? I have not subscribed to this game for like ever/
RAF allows an Alpha pilot to create an Alt referral to their main account, then buy $ plex then their receives 4x master-pleb boosters + the alt referral gets the plex that as purchased.
Put both of those two together and purchase Omega via in game plex. (Omega sub vs Alpha RAF)
Wonder how many accounts can be created?
