That is not the message I am trying to bring forward here.
The message is that is important here is;
Alpha Pilots should feel the same as an Omega Pilot in these Invasions and they should be able to fly Trig ships.
Yeah until you explain why you think this, I cant really engage with that.

Honestly I wouldn’t mind if Alphas could fly everything. That just means more loot pinatas for me.
Maybe CCP needs to eliminate most skills as requirements, and limit them to efficiency bonuses only. Of course, they’ll have to boost most industrial yields (especially for T2 stuff) to compensate.
Well the content is dangling.
An Omega pilot can just hop straight into a shinny new Drekavc and taste the content.
An Alpha can sit back and watch.

A Draek would do just as well
Current content, taste what is being offered without being forced to become Omega.
If the new content is locked behind a requirement to have a Trig ship, I was not aware of this.
It is likely a 2-4 month Omega train for a reasonable fit Drek…
Or a couple of minutes depending on how fast the PLEX transaction takes to go through.

And I suppose that some people might spend a bunch of money on PLEX and still play as Alpha, it just doesn’t make sense to me.
It makes everything seem backwards right now if an Alpha account can not board and fly a Triglavian ship.

Yes, capsuleers require Omega status to be able to fly a Trig ship.
You may be right. But ultimately it is CCP’s decision if/when they allow Alpha players to use anything they currently cannot.
OTOH you can go Omega and not worry about such trivial things
