Yes but it is spread between a corporation and a pile of alts.
A space-Scrooge would write scripts to compile their wealth data, or worse manually count their isk among alts…

13 yrs old, tops.
I collect enough isk to play with toys. Right now my ‘break point’ is when I have less than 1 billion isk (no, it isn’t hard to get there). Above a billion I ask myself, what do I do with it? So I drink a few drinks, put a couple blue things on the ship, and go die…er fight… somewhere.

(Yes put it on my tab! ) CCP will have to send money collection thugs to come to your door for the people who forgot to pay ( make them wear the concrete shoes!) CCP will give them an offer they can’t refuse.
