Look, I hate to be that dude, but you are outright wrong with your assumptions about ganking and whether or not it’s inherently toxic, etc, etc.
Go and look at the actual kills on zkillboard. It’s not just a ganker epeen paradise as you seem to think it is, there is a ton of information in there. You can see where ganks are happening, and if you actually do you research you can see that the vast majority of them happen in 0.5 and 0.6 systems.
A simple search for like 3 different miner ships showed that there were almost no Orcas killed outside of 0.5 and 0.6, zero procurers killed outside lowsec and almost no ventures killed in highsec from non-NPCs in the last 4-5 pages. That should tell you something.
You can also use the in game map, let alone third party resources, to see where there have been a lot of player ship losses lately. Avoid those areas if you’re that worried.
It is entirely possible to use the information from zkillboard to tell you what sort of fits gankers might bring and plan accordingly, and also how to calculate whether or not you’re going to be a good target to kill. If all gankers need to bring to drop you is a couple of 25m ships and you’re carrying 500m of goods, you’re a juicy target. If you knew as much about ganking as you claim you do, and how often it happens, all of what I just said wouldn’t be news to you.
But furthermore, what you’re saying just doesn’t add up to reality for me. Let me explain… I had a heart attack in 2019 because of a genetic disposition to them. I couldn’t PvP for years after, because for some reason it completely reset my adrenaline response, so getting into any sort of PvP almost made me black out. In any game. So for the last 4 years I’ve been exclusively PvE’ing on my characters and at no point have I felt like I can’t play Eve. That included doing runs through to Jita to sell things, which is one of the main gank spots.
So I really think you have your perspective completely skewed on this.

War decs are easily avoidable and could easily be stopped due to war HQ mechanic.

There is a foolproof way however. All it requires is friends or more clones.
If one did this tactic, there is literally nothing the gankers could do to you for a certain window.
However, again, most capsuleers are lazy and unskilled.
The toxicity of certain people such as Aiko wrongly accusing me of things I had not said was evidence of just how toxic these forums are. Still it has its own charm, I found it rather amusing to be attacked by these people who never worked out that I was virtually impossible to upset by such verbal bullshite, but boy did they try.
It is fun to come here an look every so often, and see them still desperately garnering negative attention, wonderful stufff…

I’d say that one of the most toxic things you can do in EVE is tell newbies to mine, to then invite them to your corp so they can slave away for you and you reap the rewards of their labour with your “buy back program” while keeping them clueless.
