How do you differentiate between 0.4 space and 0.1 space. Under your system its all just GGR. You have been asked several times and I’ve yet to see an answer.
The opposing idea in this context is the status quo.

The idea to call system security rating after the CONCORD response timer is very high-sec-centric, as if security status doesn’t matter outside high sec.
And a minor inconvenience, it fixes CONCORD response timers to the security rating of systems, which is also something I wouldn’t want to do as it means that if CCP happened to change the CONCORD reponse time system in the future they’re now forced to change the security rating names of systems as well.

A new player enters the game for the first time. He has played other MMOs before and knows that most have a “Safe zone” where players cant be killed. He moves from system to system, and sees a “CRT 10”, “CRT 15” in the corner, and doesnt know what it means. He gets blown up in a CRT-20 system. He goes to local and starts allcapsing “WTF IS CRT??? HOW WAS I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THAT IT MEANS CONCORD RESPONSE TIME??? I GOOGLED AND ALL THAT CAME UP WAS CRITICAL RACE THEORY! THIS GAME IS SO STUPID I QUIT”.
For these people, the misconception isnt from the name “High sec”, its from other video games. They will assume that there is a place that is safe from greifing. And they arent wrong, starter systems and the likes are exempt from this activity, but they are far and few between, and CRT isnt fixing this at all.
Furthermore, concord response times vary. Its gonna say CRT-20 and a player is going to say “It took concord 24 seconds to respond, this is a glitch. It isnt? Then whoever made this naming system is stupid.”
You havent fixed anything, CRT would be just as confusing and produce misconceptions about hisec.

If you check my kill board you’ll see I lost a freighter to goons in Uedama. It’s not always about the value of the cargo. If it was I would of been ignored.
I have since then adapted how I move cargo and am happy to say I have moved some quite high value items both to and from Jita successfully. It dose mean making multiple trips but so far I have not lost any further ships.
Just goes to show it can be done. I’ll not be buying another freighter.

New players arent familiar with them at all, and thats the point, isnt it? CRT-19 is misleading, because Concord can take 24 seconds, 26 seconds to respond. No one knows the exact time, but its not 19 seconds.
The fact that your suggestion contains an actual, physical number that is supposed to denote the response time of concord, but in reality, does not, is not only misleading, but outright untrue.
We have been through this. I asked you a question to resolve it, and you claimed you already did and refuse to repeat or point to where.
Yet you feel all this energy to beat a dead horse and drive this in circles.
