And now you moved the goal post from “getting meaningful revenge” to “engaging in general AG”. If your goal here is to ensure you have zero integrity from now to eternity, you are seriously doing a very good job. In fact, its about the only grip you got on integrity left.
What’s crazy is trying get us to think that history doesn’t matter, or that the game has changed so much in just a few years. We already determined some current devs don’t even play anymore. Good knowledge doesn’t disappear on someone’s last log out.
It doesn’t have to be the same for everyone, but if you see my character without kills or deaths for half a year you can be sure I’ve been taking a long break from the game.
By the way, did you read up on the system security status page I linked earlier? I kind of was expecting a response, if only an acknowledgement that system security status also matters outside high sec.
Dunno if they’ve stopped it but there was some contract trick people were doing to generate kills for players no longer active - hence the last 6 losses on mine.
How am I moving anything? Its like you say buzz phrases but don’t exactly know what they mean. Just because I refuse to engage in a playstyle that doesn’t appeal to means it isn’t viable? AG is viable. There are many tactics you could employ. You’d know them if you played and utilized the ways.
Except you no longer play the current game and have no idea of what really happens. So yes, your opinion is meaningless.
I responded by pointing out where I did post the explanation before, and additionally gave a link to more information relevant to the earlier discussion.
How is this ‘moving goalposts’?
Also I was hoping to get a more meaningful response than a ‘talk to the hand’, but if that is the best response you have when confronted with information that undermines your earlier idea, then so be it.
f1 droning is not to be calculated in solo kills but rather on number of points/ships destroyed
So using the argument of 3 solo kills : F1 bear is not really appropriate
Maybe 2points/kill is closer to F1 droning but still
I have plenty of solo kills which are explorers or miners killed that are 1 points… Not glorious kills lol but a kill is a kill … there is the hunt, there s the spotting, there s the takling, and the killing of course.
When you do arena that are pretty violent in terms of PvP unless it’s 1vs1 you’ll have no solo kills or very few also
And for sure it doesn’t make of you a F1 bot
Are you really saying that Gankers have so many many accounts that they never fly a pilot twice in the period the killmail will be active? At one gank a day thats 30 alts. At 4 ganks a day thats over 100 alts. You really think this is where the game is at?
What I think you are conveniently forgetting is that alphas cannot be run more than 1 at a time or alongside an omega account. If a ganker is multi boxing all the accounts need to be omega. It’s against the EULA to fly an alpha alongside an omega. the launcher even prevents you from doing it. And before you come back with the straw man argument that some players have found a workaround……just don’t. thats not a mechanics problem thats a terms of service problem and if you believe its happening report it and CCP will ban the accounts.
Based on that is it really feasible for a ganker to have so many accounts that in their freighter busting set-up that they can rotate them so players never have an opportunity to activate a 30 day kill right? Possible sure with a hellish amount of disposable income. However vey unlikely.
You certainly appear to have more F1 nullbear activity, than Highsec ganking.
In fact, although you claim to have done literally DOZENS of ganks, your killboard only shows 8 kills in Highsec (at least one of which appears to have been an antiganking failure). This doesn’t lend credence to any opinions you might have about Highsec, considering your most recent experience was a decade ago.
