I have said my piece and many of you have had your trolling fun driving the discussion in circles, moving goal posts, pretending not to know the obvious, etc.
Now get off my back. Ride’s over.

He said there’s no evidence of him being an F1 monkey, but much of his killboard involves him blobbing in blobs - so there’s certainly some evidence.
Are you done posting forever, or will you repeat this cycle tomorrow?
If you’re not interested in listening to responses to your posts, why post at all?
Also I would still like to know which goalposts I moved and what you think about the information I gave you that you specifically asked about. After all, I am interested in listening to your responses.
AG: Waah Waah Gankers are mean and bad for the game!!
G: Lol, no theyre not.
You: WOW GANKERS ARE CRYING
You wouldnt recognize logic if you drowned in it.
Again, dont think you understand what the word “Anti-” means.
Hint: It means to oppose or be against.
Thats not what i said at all. You seem to be unable to grasp the fact that just because Oppenheimer didnt come up with general relativity, that he was somehow dim compared to Einstein.
You do realize that just because one person in a group was able to come up with a strategy first, doesnt mean that the rest of the group is dim-witted. You seem to have forgotten how to logic, like 5 days ago.
And people say I am a troll.
Just leave me alone. There will be other days and other topics.
Yup. Definitely needs a hug
Imagine the chances of a player on returning to the game if inactivity bans participation on the forums.
I tried once or twice to post via a different channel with this char. It was too distracting, as the channel is not exclusive EVE topic. I decided to keep it simple in here, tho I honestly don’t believe it fulfills any objective.
I never, and encourage to, post under my active. I dislike my skirt being lifted to check if I shaved.
Instead, I try to be constructive when posting, voicing as adequate as my ability to translate goes, avoid getting personal and ignore recurrent troll baits.
For those reasons, I encourage not to see the providence but the content and move on.
Xucca is hot and tries very hard. As a dormant character, she will remain as my PR on these matters. Make her feel welcome.
Before clone states you needed a subscription to post on the forum. Didn’t cause any particular issue for 13-14 years with people taking breaks and coming back.
Only a very small percentage of the community posts here and there are other social sites and community networks that provide alternatives.
Either be alone or be here with us in the forum. Can’t have both ways.
You’ve just extracted a smirk off my crust. That’s the spirit!
Have a look at those again - they are clearly NPSI roams with entities like RvB. Those specific instances might be little more than F1 engagements but he specifically said I was nothing but a “null bear F1 monkey” when there is zero evidence on my killboard to anyone who has a reasonable level of experience of that kind of activity and only minimal F1 monkey type engagements.
I don’t think I claimed dozens of ganks - I said my fair share and over a dozen - which over all my characters is true - it isn’t something I did a lot of but it isn’t something I’ve no experience of either. Some of them are older than the zkillboard records others on other characters.
EDIT: Regardless of specifics my point was it isn’t like ganking is something I’ve never done or want to stop happening in the game even if I was only an occasional participant myself.
As I’ve mentioned and people keep, maybe intentionally misunderstanding, there is a range of ganking - you get people who are literally out there on the same character doing it every day and other activities and you get other people who just snag high value targets now and again, etc. maybe only do 1-2 ganks a month.
At least in my experience unfortunately seems to be the case that a not insignificant proportion of new players get ganked in their first few weeks, leading them to quit the game, by faceless alts. That isn’t to say that is always what happens.
Most posters seem to focus on a specific style of ganking and talk like that is all that is going on and put a lot of weight on say freighter ganks in Uedma when other stuff is happening frequently as well just not as high profile.
Would you be satisfied if he accused you of being “little more than nullbear F1 monkey” instead?
Seems like you are not helping your case there and Aiko is quite ferocious “prosecutor”*
I have no idea what you are saying. My killboard has a wide range of activities and certainly nothing which pins me as little more or nothing more than a specific activity let alone a null bear.
I take your word for it. But as I tried to say(maybe didn’t pick the best word), others could give you a hard time argue with you about that.
People can quibble over the exact nature of what my killboard says but it tends to call into question the level of experience someone has in the game if they tried to pin me as just a “null bear F1 monkey” based on it.
Hi Rroff, the reason for this is that a spectacle draws crowds like nothing else. i’m sure most of us know that freighter-ganking is not the only kind happening currently in Highsec, but miners and mission-runners are just not headline stuff - unless there’s an added value element, like bling, rage, or tears.
Neither of us is able to bring to the table a shred of evidence to prove or disprove it, no?
I do not believe that new players are being targeted in this activity. It is difficult to be certain that what appears to be a young character is being managed by an inexperienced player.
When I executed a gank, I paid absolutely no attention to the status of the target. Gank 'em and go! I wasn’t terribly good at it, but I did enjoy the prep and selling Mining Permits!
Here’s the killer; ganking has been taking place in Highsec for years. Gankers leave the game and gankees leave the game, to be replaced by further waves of players.
If you look back at the old forums, you’ll see that the very views which clog up the boards today (mine included) have been expressed perhaps hundreds of times before.
And here we are again. Over to you, Rroff…
I can’t specifically prove it but I’m active on other forums with a sizeable Eve following such as Overclockers UK - amongst the 21 thousand plus posts there there are a number of instances of it, I can’t specifically point them out now though although a lot of the conversations went on in game rather than on the forum.
As per my other point though there are a lot of people ganking in different styles - you might not have paid much attention to the status of the target but there will be others who do.
I find it interesting how so many see players as disposable with “oh they’ll be replaced by another player” but wouldn’t it be better to keep both?
I cannot prove much of what I say or present evidence… mostly because I have time but not that time.
If it serves of proof, I voucher Rroff’s assertion on “ganked” being the primary complain I used to hear from true new players, back when I was part of a “Newbie Friendly” Corporation.
In fact, I did instructed ganking on our own peeps for not aligning to the directives. A harsh but effective method, I must say.
The second was the exploitation from “Newbie Friendly” Corporations.
I hardly see truly new players this epoch. I’m not saying that all of them are gankers’ alts but we have more exploits than reals. It’s a personal observation. If someone has a way of extracting data on this matter, please point. I’ll fetch!
