There is absolutely no difference between my statement, as a comms professional, of the negative impact of CCP’s tolerance of toxicity on these fora, which may impact adversely on the company’s reputation and its ability to attract and retain new players and their money, and those - perhaps yourself included - who constantly proclaim their superior knowledge of, and expertise in, the game.
