Jita Burns! Federation Forever!

Heth was declared an outlaw and a terrorist by the Caldari Executive Panel.

Wrong again. Why do you insist on these lies when there is evidence revealed by your own government’s investigation? Testimony before the Caldari Executive Panel from the Executive Officer of the Caldari Navy herself, Mininela Erinen, stated that not only did Tibus Heth order Admiral Yanala to fire the Shiigeru’s doomsday weapon on the surface of Caldari Prime, he forced a true hero of the Caldari people to commit ritual suicide for disobeying that order.

Further interrogation revealed additional details of encounter, including Yanala admitting to disobeying orders to fire on Caldari Prime and defiantly drinking the tea as punishment for ever following Heth in the first place. Erinen revealed she was intimidated by the Provists and unable to countermand the order.

Your attempt to deny these facts is yet another example of your complicity in the crimes of the Heth regime. Only your capsuleer status has protected you from being declared an outlaw and a terrorist within the State like the rest of the Provists were.

Ridiculous. You can’t be just “declared” a terrorist. To be a terrorist, you need to participate in the terror operation. And where is that terror operation? :woman_facepalming:

The only lies here are coming from you. You dared to blame him in giving order to genocide Caldari Prime, where there is NO evidences of such order. Instead you bring example of a different order, I am not even going to argue about that. I am demanding you to bring proof to YOUR words where he gave order to GENOCIDE.

Also, about the “forcing” the ritual suicide, that’s quite an ignorant point of view that is a typical for Gallente loudmouths, who dare to speak about Caldari culture without studying it first. To take the tea means to admit one’s misdeed and ask for forgiveness from Maker in hope He will let you live. Otherwise, there are way more efficient and less painful suicide methods. There are swords and guns, if you want to die as a warrior.

Still, there are no crimes of Heth regime. Where are they? At least a single one?
Want to declare ME a terrorist? Fine, bring at least one act of terror I participated in. Otherwise I see just a barking of angry gallentean, who dares to blame Caldari in acting like Caldari.

You make this too easy.

Nonni – Kaalakiota Corporation has been granted a State-wide corporate warrant by the Caldari Business Tribunal for Tibus Heth’s arrest on charges of malfeasance, misappropriation and embezzlement. The Chief Executive Panel has similarly announced that Heth is wanted under Caldari basic law for the murder of Admiral Visera Yanala, terrorism, and political extremism stemming from his takeover of the Caldari Constructions Warehouse in Haatomo.

Heth is wanted by the Kaalakiota for the theft of vessels he used to conduct his takeover of the Caldari Constructions station in Haatomo, as well as embezzlement of corporate resources used to fund the Caldari Providence Directorate over the course of several years. The megacorporation was forced to auction off countless assets to remain solvent following disclosure of Heth’s long-term misappropriations.

The Chief Executive Panel has announced that it prefers Heth to be returned alive for a proper trial before the Caldari Business Tribunal, but has acknowledged that “capturing the renegade alive may not be possible.”

Specific crimes emphasized in bold text. Telling that ultimately Heth refused to appear before the Caldari justice system to defend himself from these charges. His actions spoke clearly to his guilt, and his flight proved his lack of honor.

You still didn’t point on exact ACT of terrorism, instead listing a lot of fabricated by CEP charges to try to oust him. I am pretty sure he would have proven himself innocent in any and every of that charge. It was a purely political move. Theft of his own vessels? Takeover of his own station? Murder? That’s ridiculous.

And still you fail to answer a simple question regarding your own words, dumping more and more unrelated blabber.

WHERE IS EXACTLY AN ACT OF TERROR?

Get a room you two.

Hah, specific acts are listed for literally every charge. Your delusional insistence on denying those facts is amusing.

I am not denying anything, it’s just you’re unable to bring exact fact you’ve been asking for, insetad dumping other unrelated stuff.

So, where is a terror act?

Becasuse, speaking of terror acts, I see only YOUR cronies doing terror acts by attacking neutrals in Jita. This is a terrorism. Tibus Heth didn’t do that or anything similar. Unlike federal scum he was not a terrorist.

Um. Today I learned that the Imperium are my personal cronies. Good to know, I hadn’t been aware until now.

We’re not. But good job getting Diana to buy into the ‘Burn Jita == Federal Action’ nonsense.

When IceSwarm is over, I may have to see about burning down certain accords.

To be fair, getting kim to buy into anything that sheds an unfavorable light on the federation or republic isn’t hard.

Hey, if you did maybe CalMil would stop calling us goon pets for no reason. But probably not.

As long as they’re not trying to take credit for our work, I don’t much care what they do.

I am against the state and their meritocratic oppression of the common man.
I stand sympathetic to the federation and their upholding of individual liberty.

However this time federation have gone too far.
I lament the deaths of innocent civilians who were involved in the merciless fires of the capsuleers.

I know there’s a lot of nonsense to read, but seriously? Once again: the Gallente Federation has nothing to do with Burn Jita. Just because some crazy person on the IGS says something doesn’t mean any of it is true. Write that down, if you haven’t figured it out already.

If than I must apologize.
There is something I have missed in my understanding of current affairs.
Truly this “Burn Jita” demagogue is quite successful in shifting the blame.

Burn Jita is an annual event put on by the Imperium’s Ministry of Love Special Interest Group. Each year, Miniluv raises capsuleer awareness of some persistent problem or worthwhile cause within New Eden by hosting a 3-day event in Jita. It’s a party, of sorts, with a lot of laughter and socializing, brilliantly explosive fireworks, and space-borne piñata, and of course, the chance to interact with some of the cluster’s most colorful characters. CONCORD always makes a strong showing in support of the event, and numerous capsuleer factions around New Eden have been known to attend as well.

It’s amazing how certain low-lives refer to mass-murder, piracy and terrorism as “raising capsuleer awareness”, considering that “persistent” problem is only in those, who try to “raise” this awareness.

I wonder though why they even bother speak such a nonsense. Is there someone dumb enough to fall for such inane rhetoric? I mean, with exception of themselves and their - how they call it in uncivilized null security space, “pets”.
