It’s basically trying to force people to write War & Peace length posts with every little detail that can then be picked apart…whereas most normal people perfectly understand the shortened version anyway. Intellectual dishonesty is when a person pretends they don’t grasp the general point being made, and they just have to bicker over every last bit of fine detail for the sake of it. This is especially the case with dishonest people who can never be wrong about anything…who use the tiniest bit of fine detail to make out that that the whole argument is wrong.

What was your “general point”? You said that the only difference between 0.4 and 0.5 was concord, and that’s false. What other point were you trying to make? Were you trying to claim that ganking does not exist as a distinct variant of PvP? Because if so that’s more outlandish than the claim you actually made.
You can’t make vague points using false statements and then claim everyone’s being dishonest when they don’t agree with you and point out that you’re wrong.
There is no meaningful difference between warping to a barge in Highsec, versus doing the same thing in nullsec. The primary difference occurs afterward, as CONCORD ensures that the ganker must destroy the target within a matter of seconds, making Highsec ganking a more difficult and skill intensive activity.

She said the only difference for suicide ganking between 0.4 and 0.5 was Concord. If you continue to ignore that then you’re wrong, as above I proved there’s less than 1 difference.

You seem obsessed to try to claw your way out of this corner instead of simply saying „I misunderstood the conversation everyone else was having“ so we can all forgive, and hopefully move on to productive discourse.

She’s trying to present the argument that ganking doesn’t exist as a form of PvP and that it’s all “just highsec PvP” which is both wrong and a pointless semantic argument. Scipio summed it up nicely when Clone Nr007 tried to make the same argument.
