Yes I know that and had to prime the following thread today as it was scripted.

Mining permits are nothing more than a cheap fraud to get more ISK from miner before the gankers destroy their barge.

It could actually be considered illegal due to the gankers interrupting the miners style of play, the destruction of the roid by the miners lazer. The permit is then used to ransom the mining barge pilot.

People send me isk. If I like them, I’m friendly. Either way, I kill them.

1 billion is the recommended tribute. That gets you one (1) Aiko point.

You have to pay to play. Triple plays can score 5-10x your investment.

Offer void where prohibited. No Frostpackers allowed to pay.
