About Me
I am 34 years old and working as an IT-Project Manager.
In my free time I do volunteer youth work, like cooking for +25 kids.
As German as a Mettbrötchen could be.

Everything started with mercing out for the Brave AT Team.
Under some circumstances my Corporation CEO decided afterwards to join the Brave Collective in Querious. From there it was another AT under Brave, also the Movement to Delve and today we live in Tenerifis and i mercing for Goons.
I am helping Brave with the Dojo, Youtube, Merc Dens and Events.
And honestly I should FC more fleets 
but i also want indpendent Standing Pilots.

has two sides and finding the balance between ingame tournament, abyssal arena and general pvp is horrible. But we should have something like a ingame competition.
In short getting all the good stuff without the bad stuff to have an Ingame Arena System.
Make it a space where you can learn, experience, and grow your pvp skills.
To survive longer than 10 seconds with enemies on the grid.
Find friends, group up and challenge the blob.
Your Caracal will die to the Curse,Loki beside perfect transmatching.

If you think you are flying a S.S.S. (Space Ship Simulator), oh you are so damn wrong.
A submarine slows down when the engine is stopped.
Torpedos are dead in the water, once they run out of fuel.
But Spaceships and projectiles don´t slow down in space.

There must be a very long to-do list for these on the side of the CCP Devs.
If there is no List, we have a fundamental management problem.
Which I am happy to solve as a mediator in several Post Mortems.
The question is… what is the goal/target/KPI of CCP for EVE..
Beside the usual stuff of reducing Costs, increasing Customer Satisfaction and so on.
This and how much budget the departments have for new features and backlogged bugs.
