Both might actually skin the cat, but until ccp decides their gonna skin the cat⌠we just have to give them different options and let them decide when they get to it.
Even in the CSM thereâs arguments on how they should fix wars, and gave ccp two solutions (that I know of).
Its either âyou need a structure to wardecâ or âyou need a structure to be decâdâ
