It should not prevent consuming those Accelerator Booster purchased from NES, why CCP is always trying to make less money and annoying their customers

Boosters of a similar type are not meant to be stacked.
You are right that this design may stop you from spending more money on SP now. If you wish to spend real money to obtain SP and already have an active cerebral accellerator you can always consider one of the packages containing skill points.
I think CCP should either remove or extend the expiration dates on Event Cerebral Accelerators…
Since those Event Accelerators get dropped from Log-in rewards, Event sites and Agency event rewards, players can’t readily use them all, especially players who are already using regular Cerebral Accelerators bought from the NES and game packs…
And because those Event Accelerators can’t be used, the in-game market then get’s flooded with them which yeah, lowers the price but because those Event Accelerators have a super short lifespan, they end up being wasted…
