If a corp or alliance is eligible for war they should be allowed to declare it as well. Seems strange that you can put a target on your chest but you not allowed to aim back? It would also stimulate small scale/casual high sec pvp, clean up abandoned POS, reintroduce a demand for star bases and in turn help stimulate the economy. It would stimulate the economy in the standard ways of isk loss due to property loss but also fuel, charters and the price of the war dec. As it sits, the system is set up for either big blocks or people that are dedicated to high sec war that can field fleets to defend 1b+ structures. The people that want to try out more aspects of eve on their own level and scale without being swallowed into sov alliances are being denied. For people like me that has a touch of social anxiety, being able to do more things with out being surrounded by hundreds or thousands of “friends” would be a massive improvement. I think it would also give people reasons to try out their hand at leading a corporation or eventually an alliance when there are more things to do on a small scale while they settle in. Sorry for the novel.

window is inconsistent with other windows behaviour. With other windows when you press the keybind for the window while it is already open and has focus it will close the window, for the Fitting Management window this is currently not true and needs to be addressed.
Suggestion: Ability for fleet and wing commanders to be able to direct fleet and wing members.
I can regroup and fleet warp, but I can’t have a wing or fleet KAR 5k or Orbit 15k, allowing me as fleet or wing boss to do this would go a long way in fleet coordination and follows similar rules as fleet warping.

Suggestion: Option from CCP to make the cursor bigger

Note: it can make the game more playableHi, I tried playing EVE Online in 4K and the cursor is so small I can’t see it;
so: stuck at 1920x1080
I’m not alone, and as time goes on, more people will have 4K-capable displays.
I know this is an old problem, possibly due to coding issues, but you can certainly add an UI part that fit to the old one.
I know of several external software programs that do this, but it’s not “clean”.
it would be much better if this functionality could come directly from CCP.

These are all things that I would see as great improvements! however do keep in mind :
Under game play settings we need option size of the mouse pointer
Suggestion: Increased limit to corp > Alliance contracts. Or an ADV contracting skill
IS it maybe worth time to revisit and maybe look at increasing the number of contracts a corp can have up to their alliance?
We all know during war times especially large alliances rely heavily on fitted ships being seeded so members can quickly reinforce.
Corp contracts is the easiest method for this but 500 slots fill quickly and also sell quickly when there’s a good brawl to be had.
So maybe time to either think of increasing that to 1k or even 2k per corp or even an advanced contracting skill that can give individuals more than 21 slots?
Suggestion: Abandon colony from Planetary Industry window

the old one was cool enough to let our mind invent our next capsuleer adventure;
_ First, it’s cool to watch our actual ship on a human scale,
it make the “WOW effect” and magnifies developpers work
(especially accurate since SKINR + LEGION skins improvements + global redesign, etc..)_ This game is dark, so providing a way to watch our ships from a more illuminated perspective improve things.
plus it will change a bit because most every stations have the same inside ^^
_ Watching the Corpo’s adds (freelance missions?) + THE SCOPE + bad guys and pirates news on the TV from the couch is priceless (at least put also a NES channel on that TV).
_ Also we could have a projector who project some selected market’s prices in real time on a wall
(and a place for store clothes, for now my uniform is lying on the ground in a corner of the storage)

Long story short:
Captain’s Quarter work so you have the PoW;
it don’t has to be big or OnLy EfFiCiEnT, it has to be fun, it add perspectives to the game,
now just add some ship 3D projections + usefull options,
take advantage of it to add Omega + NES adds + the perspectives of some new ideas,
and please let us fit our ship from the ground
like we said in France: “ça n’mange pas d’pain”
