I think if 0.0 wants local back online, the Corporation that controls that sector should be able to build relay/radio/radar stations. Of course these should take resources to power and construct, such as gas or some other equivalant resource that is available in null sec.
However, if an enemy has a high enough hacking/scanning skill, they should be able to intercept local communications by hacking three relay stations to reveal the actual location of the main radar station, similar to triangulation. Once the radar station has been scanned down and hacked, that pilot has that sectors local comms available. They can and also find out how many people are in that sector.
This way it would act like a double edge sword. If the person hacking the local chat messes up some kind of mini game, the corporation whoās relay/radar they are trying to hack should instantly be notified. Just a thought, Iām not a developer so I have no idea how this would be implemented.
Just a thought on this. I think hacking skills as they are should not be enough for something like that. They would have to add another level of advanced hacking skills and a new hacking mod to make something like that happen.
I agree, this would give CCP an opportunity to add some more content. It was just a quick thought.
And since when did CCP use a good idea from the player base? Its just easier to turn out the lights! 
It would give older players something worth training for though!
I would be happy with counter play options to cloaked ships in system, right now itās far too safe and easy to just zip around or hang out cloaked and maybe find contentā¦ if youāre lucky.
This would only reset things back to to the way they were. We need improvements going forward to get people to undock and do things in space when they arenāt in mega groupings. It could be a part of those improvements, but just putting things back does little more than tell the clowns that asked for the WH local they were wrong

It should just use those ones which we have right now that are for hacking upwells.
Nullsec finally got balanced with respect to risk vs reward and you are complaining about the fact that you no longer can bot, afk rat and multibox semi-afk vnis?

Bummer, I just wanted a new set of skills for my wifeās toon. āOK Honey, you go first!ā 
If you did that you would be giving up a lot more than just local:
- No more supercaps
- No more cynoās to call in a defence fleet
- No more knowing whether your neighbouring systems are friendly
- Far more difficult rats
- Lots more scanning/rolling to find said rats
and of course:
- Lots more fun!!!
so yes, please, Iād love to see more people in WH space.

You do have a problem with understanding simple English donāt you.
Iāve stated how i will āadaptā to this lot of unbalanced, game breaking changes - Iām unsubbing all but one account - Iām selling off ALL assets not related to that one account - When that isk runs out, so does my Eve career.
I really donāt want to continue to play a game where fools with no understanding of how the game is played get to make decisions on how i play.,.
As for āsuccessfulā small groups living in sov nul, they are either allied to one of the blocs or there at the whim of them because they like killing them.,. You seriously know nothing about sov nul - Please stop posting drivel youāre making up as you go.
Your suggestions are the worst possible outcome the blackout could produce - If everyone who owns a Rorqual that doesnāt have a Super umbrella joins a group that does - LOOL well you think about the outcome., I know i could get in one of the blocs - I just donāt think that is the direction the game should be going - The game is Fuked up enough due to Super Unbrellas and large invulnerable groups dominating Sov Nul and your suggestion (over and over) I should join one shows how little you understand or care for this game.
Read Arrendisās posts, that alone should give you a little insight as to how these changes are working (not working). Small/er groups are slowly being driven from nul OR into the large blocs.
If CCPās goal for the blackout was to create a more stagnant Sov Nul and drive smaller groups and individuals to the brink of extinction, they are succeeding.

Presuming everyone affected by the blackout is a botter - That is EXACTLY what is wrong with blackout and more so those who support it with no understanding of the mechanics on legit players in small groups.,.

I am not a BOT, not AFK mining or ratting.
And certainly not multi boxing.
US dollars from PVP or PVE subscribers work the same way, unless CCP thinks US dollars from PVE subscribers does not have a value and can not be used to pay the bills.
I personally lost 2 PVE friends, 2 accounts 3 characters. May be more to follow. Oh well, I think I will turn off my annually auto-renew on my 3 accounts as well.
