Except they didnt fix that problem, they just changed it up a bit, which, from what I can see as a part time war-using protection racketeer basically stopped the issue instead by more or less killing it mostly dead.
Thing is, wardecs are still possible. And people still do them.
There is nothing here with blackout except a bunch of middleclass (in EvEs hierarchy) throwing prams on the fire because their krabbing is hard.
I say good on the ones who join blocs or come back down to low/high. They at least can reconsider their options.
Well, where are we to you, you are the smartest and we are stupid stupidities we overestimate and complain.
There’s nothing to talk about with you, you don’t see real facts, and I don’t want to conduct dialogue with the wall.
Keep in mind that even if all information is removed, not only it would become more WH-like but the necessary infrastructure to upgrade and sustain the obligatory levels for milking any system out of the donutbrella, IS NOT VERY PORTABLE and have cycles that vary from days to weeks to achieve. So, there is little effort needed to detect that infrastructure. Just a fly-by and those systems will be bookmarked. Sorry but the scenario leaves PVE exposed with or without info. Of course, some would say yes, but defend it! and could be, but whenever a PVE deployment is under siege, it is halted at least for a moment, independent of it becoming a battlefield or not. Others would say, yes but you can have multiple upgraded systems and move the pilots around… true, but to what extent? it increases the assets requirements to unknown numbers.
I don’t think re-arranging infrastructure is feasible because it takes time, lots of work and there is the SOV issue. You can’t just move the infrastructure. The upgrades were implemented to improve shitty space, which is the most affected group of systems (not players) depending of their inclusion to donutbrellas.
Don’t forget no one said this is permanent. There is just speculation.
If you would like to come across otherwise, you shouldn’t claim blatantly false things. I would also recommend putting in the effort to try adapting to the new normal rather than just demanding it be reverted. You might be surprised.
Wait a bit… If you are implying that low-high sec can handle that load, and if none of the more profitable low/high places are available (as should be) can I assume those migrating from Null will have to fight the current dwellers of low/high? (insert yes/no)
If that’s the case, we might be talking about some well trained and experienced pilots against well, a mix of noobs and pimps? (no pun int)
Given all the recent changes over the past four years, they have always concerned Null sectors and capital ships. At first, the drones were taken away from the capitals and given fighters instead of them, then it seemed to them that they didn’t take away the fighters and instead they gave the castrated groups of fighters something else they couldn’t call, to somehow appease them, they would give the NSA so that the capitals could quickly lock targets, then again a nerf with an NSA included in the warp cannot be left, for example, capital will be scanned for 5 seconds by Sabre, and this seemed to them not enough, they chopped off a local chat. Good job .
Dude! THAT is chaos. THAT is exactly my point: The chaos is not the BO or whatever they will bring next as part of it (NOT)… It was a chaotic crapscade of wrong patches and band-aids.
What we are seeing is a revolution that CCP is attempting to sell as chaos because the word hinders mistakes. A revolution that they believe will END the CHAOS.
I just think it’s wrong and looks lazy, premature and contradictory. Not the BO itself but their own overall performance.
Apparently, one of the reasons the kulaks are upset is because Blackdance isnt new player friendly, and their newbs have been leaving. If thats the case then its newb on newb action.
Sure why not. Yes.
Im not sure what you mean by load though. Surely not a server issue?
There was people already in null and high.
Logically, they were milking whatever was profitable, right?. If there is an exodus and peeps start moving to high/low, can those places handle it (load) assuring there is room for all those migrating from Null?
Those places should not be available. They should be occupied by entities… and those entities are there mostly for security.
After BO:
“oh shii the BO!.. lets GTFO… let’s low/high sec, just as Alexanderp advised in forums…”
-.Hmm… there’s people there… they look young and fresh… ah! here’s a lowsec piece of land (low sec pockets within empire)… what do?
-.Meh… talk to them… be kind and gracious…
-.Uh?
-.I mean, Wardec and let’s blow them!. There is…
Of course I don’t see a phukin problem with that. In fact, It just happens that follows the neanderthal’s advise! Let’s go and RAID that ■■■■! so we can make room for our big cojones!
Adapting is a compelling concept… there are many ways to adapt…
You can become a meat shield, or sitting duck…
You can sit and wait…
You can quit, yes.
Or all other stuff I can’t count right now…
But between those, there is the not so shy chance that… some decide to stay and look for what to do… and well, they want to continue their careers and let time handle the big issues… If they ever.
So, they DO go and kill what CCP stated was protecting… which disturbs a quite delicate balance, but hey!, I was kicked from Null, remember? I had no else to do… those WH, yuck! it’s like BO on steroids!
Meh… Null will be there when I decide the circumstances are feasible. pew pewhfft!
ok… this is gonna sound a little weird, but…
The author of this piece is starting to get very, very worried by the lack of people disagreeing with him. So, if you do, could you let him know?
