Blackout going for this long simply means CCP is dumb. If CCP is looking for long term health of their supposed company, there are other things to fix, other things to disable. This BO is simply accelerating the death of the game
according to you and a web site that makes no differentiation between paying and non-paying customers and even then does not show subscriptions numbers.
Well, well, so many people are for BO here, then it must be a good thing. But why are the player channels I am in and my corp chat channel are empty (exceot me) and why do I see people on discord playing Warframe and some other games? Why the hell I go thru null like 20 jumps and not come across anyone anymore? Where the hell is everybody? Ok I agree with most of the people here now. BO is a good thing. But people do not understand that. I went back to lvl 4 missions and I have solved the PVE/BO issue for a while. SO I have no problems with BO. But damn, people do not figure this out. They just stop playing, they are cowards, carebears, whinners, they should go away permanently and EVE will be a better game. Die carebears, leave the nullsec and even the game. It is now a place for for elite players (as they define themselves) now.
I like reading these speculative posts and the futile attempts to cosplay them as truth. Some might be right, yes but can only be backed with facts no one has at hand.
I guess Iâll have to point to the reality once again:
I have the money, they have the product. No good product, no good money from me.
It is the only real thing here and if youâre happy, go ahead and sub 10 more accounts.
If youâre not, just tone it down to droplets and see what happens.
Iâm seeing the numbers and heard the opinions plus the CCP crapscade of interviews.
I donât need to read disguised agendas or discuss them. The game is going down simply because they arenât getting my money. No money, no business.
Thatâs the fact.
Everyone is entitled to their own truth.
What brings about players returning and new players is CONTENT, not how much isk you can make in highsec over nulsec.
Nothing CCP have done so far is going to encourage players to return, not long term at least as there isnât anything to keep them interested in the game.
Sure they can run around in cloaky gangs killing the odd ratter or miner but that isnât the type of content real Eve players want as their main play style.
Even for the few who would stick at it, It will die out as those few left in nul adapt to whatever CCP dig out of the hat next.
Blackout has reduced isk made, which is good - It has also reduced destruction, which is bad. Things were stagnant enough without adding another mechanic to increase the need to stay close to home.
Cyno changes will only further reduce the ability of those groups who want to deploy and look for fights.
Home defence fleets will be stronger and more deadly than ever.
Bloc groups are growing in size and will continue to do so as long as âsafety in numbersâ is the meta for holding sov and actually playing the game with any sort of safety, which only compounds the issues of stagnation, the bigger the groups the less likely they will come under any type of attack that may actually be harmful to them as a whole.
Sov Nul is set to become the most stagnant it has ever been and we again have short sighted, poorly planned and thought out changes from CCP to thank for it.,.
Please tell me, without players using plex to pay subscriptions where would all those who buy plex to get isk sell their plex?
CCP still make money whether someone uses plex or pays for it with $.
If CCP ever removed âplex for subâ they would literally reduce their income by a very substantial amount.
No; The best protest is not to kill anything - If nul went on a rampage in highsec right now it would give CCP reason to say - See we were right.
Do nothing, play the game the way you choose - Let CCPâs plan run its course.
It isnât the first time CCP have made really bad design decisions, this is just the next in a long line of them.,.
I told you, letâs protest in game by killing everything new in Empire but too many Amidalas hinder behind those internet spaceshipsâŚ
It would have been a nice chaos, if you ask me.
O wait, it may still beâŚ
OH NOES!
But seriously, there is no other real way to protest but with your own, very real wallets.
I still want my war! (itâs my open wide agenda).
Yes and Sov Null has to be one of the things that goes, it needs to be based on usage and the number of players a sector can support needs to be massively reduced.
That is the only thing that really counts and problem is the number of Null players who buy plex of the markets to pay for their accounts.

I will come back when plex prices (by ISK) are back to what it was 3 years ago.
Well thats not going to happen. SO can I have your stuff?
Nope. I still have hope
You have better odds winning the lotto, while being hit on the head by a meteorite, while being stuck by lightning and eaten by a shark on a sunny day in a field.
But maybe that BO goes and I can go back to null and make a lot of isk. So current price will also be fine. you see. I have options
If the objective was to reduce Plex, why not ending Plex ISK exchange? I guess there is a fancy answer for that and every other debunkable, biased position. Meh⌠itâs FUTILE!
There is not more truth in that than it is on the very real pilots like me, who are cutting the cash flow.
Again, truth is far from fact. Too far when it comes to Plex connection with BO.
-. Why? -. would Derpina and Alexanderp ask.
Because just as money in real life, itâs still money even if itâs kept in your wallet for 10 years! PLEX is still PLEX as long as they are redeemable!
Neanderthals! I say.
If the BO is cancelled, it will mean mineral prices plummet again, so I the bright side I would not be here to bother you
Neither would I mate
NO
It is a simple idea. CCP is a business, they want real world cash, not in game isk. They are trying to fix problems so that they get more of that real life cash in the long term.
But people who sell ingame plex buy it with real money right?
Not necessarily.
If I buy it and sell it ingame and that person sells it again, they did not use real money.
