Not so sure about that. Personally I think if that was the CCP genius idea they should have released the structure first. And if they continue this debacle, I dont think they will have any game left

Yet the log on stats look the same, old players are returning. Just have to see if it is economical for CCP.

That is the smart move , get to safety not sitting and offering ones neck openly.

Highsec they are even more greedy then Nullsec.

I know PVP players who scored kills every day with local up.

Nullsec has been functionally safer than highsec for a long time now. Before the Blackout, it was a lot easier to see the gankers coming in null than it was in high.

That doesnā€™t mean itā€™s on the list now.

I suspect thereā€™ll be something this weekend.

So far, yes. There are more changes they need to make before that wasnā€™t going to be the case, though. The fact that Nullsec has become Structures & Supers is a big one.

That makes a lot of assumptions about what a ā€˜debacleā€™ this is.

No, they look like theyā€™re still in flux a bit. Most of this week theyā€™ve been higher than pre-Blackout, but Thursday we saw them dip down a bit again. Weā€™ll have to see how the weekend looks. Fridayā€™s the first day we can start to see Blackout trend-lines emerging.

So again you are talking about null safety. What ever happened to risk vs reward and HTFU.
I really hope Null stays without local or they gut the reward out of null because at the moment all I see are people who want all the reward with bugger all risk.

I love the majority of your posts on those 2 threads, but what gets on my nerves is when you and others ā€œinsinuateā€ speaking for CCP. CCP needs to get out of their drunk behinds and start defending themselves.
And if they are going to post something this weekend, they need to come out and say so

I would happily dive back into PVP , if they made Sub Caps worth flying into combat again. Not all of us PVP that is a issue as well but ion EVE yes the moment you leave the Dock consider yourself a target , mitigate and observe the situation around you as always. You feel this is a good thing , I feel its not,

If you want to play another game do so, if someone else does good for them. Long term or not I am in a good place. Just saying there are many that are not in this current Blackout. We all have our say but in the end who knows where it will go.

one would expect them to find a better way to combat botting without affecting every other player.
And dont get fooled botters will adapt and will find ways to continue to do it because they have the incentive, Regular player especially younger ones dont have that incentive ā€¦
