If you relied on local for your safety, LS has Lots of uninhabited systems. Maybe a move is in order? The Moons are good there too. Ratting is decent there. Bringing more PvP to LS will drive up the price of Clone Soldier Tags (already good isk), Bots wont be able to use Null-Local effectively in their code equaling the death of their Null profitability. Owning a structure should be a commitment and uncommon. Null was designed to be “Lawless”. Before the Blackout, it was down right Sleepy. High end isk, was always supposed to be high risk.
