For the attacker to have risk heād have to actually pvp and defend the space heās using, instead of just docking up and playing timezone tanking blueballs.
See it through his carebear eyes and youāll understand why he thinks attackers wonāt have any risk anymore.

But without local you cannot do it half-eyed. You need constantly watch gate in realtime, to see someone entering before it cloaks again.
And yes, if you do it ā you want some isk. But mining doesnāt became more profitable, so miners cannot give any substantial sum to every scout.

I was listening to Boat talking about 30 seconds delayed local giving him the time to get on a VNI as in now he watches them warp out. Now hold on think about that, this is a key thing because if you want solo or small groups that is the driver that means they give up.
Boat called it right including explaining why it works for WHās. Big entities have no issue, but small and medium alliances are screwed.
