wh space is normal, but Null sec no local with all camper scout, cloak is largest agressiv.
Do that in null sec is ā ā ā ā idĆ©a go cancel your game ccp .

Wh space is only normal because It was made like that originally, if nullsec had no local from the beginning everyone would be fine with it now and call it normal, next year everyone will say its normal and its not as bad as they thought.
Nullsec should never have had local in the first place.

so much salt from block empires, and i can get them, no1 likes to loose a seat of power, but this will for sure revamp gameplay for them and for the remain 80% of players not in null sec. GJ CCP

Why would CCP do that when the only reason for doing so is to stop the excess in nullsec?
What does it give you in hisec? Absolutely nothing, it has no impact at all.

That is actually my meme (I made the edit on the original) and already posted it in this thread when I made it. 
Edit: Btw Iāve also posted it on r/Eve as well and despite it got good ratings (and some triggered salty ones producing delicious salt) the nullsec mods seem to have unlisted it because they couldnāt cope with the truth within the meme.

Only on my main and Jita thief altā¦ and occasionally on some other alts.

Hereās my 2 centsā¦ Iāve been playing this game for over 15 yearsā¦ I have watched it slowly decline as CCP bends to the will of all the pvpāers crying about killsā¦ trust meā¦ thatās all this tune was built for is killing peopleā¦ BUT ppl are tired of this game being nothing but a huge isk sinkā¦ ( to do anything actually) and never really rewarding players. I could go on for hours, but I want to stick to this latest issueā¦ blackout.
So, if you really want to do this CCP count on a HUGE portion of your subscribers saying this is the final strawā¦ hereās your fixā¦ and read this closely as Iām sure a LOT of people would agree with me. If you are hellbent on removing local from 0.0 hereās what you doā¦ remove local BUTā¦ if you are the sov holder of said system and you have a decent strategic indexā¦ say a minimum of 3 you can install an arrayā¦ similar to a TCU or IHUB or whatever that gives the sov holder of the system the ability to see localā¦ thusly putting the hardship on the people actually doing the invading. The attacker would lose the benefit of local while the sov holder (alliance, corp, coalition, whatever) would be able to see it.
I could get into great detail on how you could do this and make it workā¦ but thereās your basic outline as Iām sure the wonderful folks at CCP would write it THEIR way.
Heed this warning tho CCP, a lot of us, and a lot of us that have been paying you for 10-15 years straight are not impressed by this, and you will lose a huge chunk of your subscriber base, I will be one of the first to go.

Express your opinion. Positively to this innovation are people from the empire, VH and with large superblocks. Just look at their killblood.
What will this patch lead to?
- In the zeros will not remain small and large empire. Stay GOONS, TEST, NC. They are even more enlarged at the expense of the people from the blocks that can not afford to throw a super and a titan in defense 24/7.
- A part of the people will leave forever, someone needs their own alliance in principle, others after this action CCP no longer expect anything good.
- So the excited hunters will get their money for half a year or a year. Then they will moan again gloomily. The reason is that they will not be able to bite a lot from the believers, they are not the same.
have a little faith, the worst that can happen is null sec alliance make less money.
Am not poor but free ISK and free stuff is always good so count me in on the handout if there is any. 
Medium and small empires, having lost 2-3 expensive ships of the capital and supercapital class, will score on the game or go to the superblock.
