Okay, so as for everything being an isk sink, plex market begs to differ. Also, per the killboards, take better care of your fighters and your isk efficiency will go up. Also since you can afford a carrier, maybe you should pay into your local defence fund and get some newbros to fly tackle, or be scouts. Or just quit being bad? Yes, I have a decent amount of disdain for carrier ratters who whine considering you can make pretty decent isk/hr with little to no risk because of local and intel networks.
Anything that brings back local in any way defeats the purpose of the whole thing. Botters and AFKtards will just drop one of these modules and suddenly not have to worry again. The only person that hurts is the solo player, or the corps and alliances that canāt grab sov.

A lot more people I believe will continue to play the game theyāve invested over a decade into, learn to adapt, and likely be better off for it. If you canāt adapt and go away, thatās on you.
The skill of catching people before they see you and safe up will be gone, anyone can locate people in a system given enough time, the ability to do this before the safe up is now not needed
I have 2 accounts. Recently bought at a discount of 2860 plexes. After 5 days, the omega status ends on the main account, after 8 on the second. I will not renew the subscription, now I think that perhaps prudence will prevail in CCP and maybe I will spend 500 plexes on the main account. Then I will just wait. When there were problems with the locale, almost no one cracked in our alse, CTA and roums were not there either. Well, if everything lasts, you have to look for another project. I speak not for a good word or to scare, it is just a statement of fact.

edit: OCD drove me to find EVE Fanfest 2018 - Structures Presentation ~37:15 mark, CCP Fozzie talks about future Upwell structures serving intel functions relating to local. IMO, itād be cool to have Observatory/local chat structures targeted as the 1st phase of invasionā¦

System wide Cyno inhibitor should be a affordable FLEX structure for sure. Not a sov upgrade. With an attacker being able to anchor one too. Probably with a longer anchor time.
