I disagree wholeheartedly. This reminds me of when citadels came in and were one of two main reasons FW died for a while. FW adapted and continues. OFC the game will iterate and adapt but that change is so healthy for longevity. As a null-sec raider (from a WH) it is apparent the game is full of bots and way too safe. This change brings balance to the pendulum that swang too far. BTW I said I was a raider - not a good one! (for the KB checkers among you)
And if he doesnt, you will cry on the forums that theres no targets for you.
Youâll get exactly what you want from this change, trust me.

Remove publically visible industry statistics.
Quit spoon feeding lazy hunters, make it match the lore, no communication, no free intel, no cloak camp bots auto reporting juicy targets in systems they already KNEW were good to camp.

There is going to be a whole lot less botting going on with local removed. This makes my bathroom parts tingle with joy.
I am glad that NS is FINALLY going to have the danger level attached to it that it was supposed to have from the onset.

The real masterplan here is to drive all the ultra-multi-acc 0.0 players off the game in order to counteract the capital proliferation and the falling mineral prices, which indeed seems to work quite well after reading some of these posts. Non-Local is just a side-effect, which is great to be honest
