I never once claimed that a mining ship should be able to fend off a group of bombers at any point. My effective ways of responding all consisted of having others who are prepared and in combat ships wipe out the bombers when they show up or to avoid conflict by using intel by coordinating with others and using Dscan. I’d think it’s extremely obvious and should have to go without saying that a ship with barely any weapons can’t win in a fight against several ships with weapons. but here we are I guess.

It is amusing to read here

They would still kill you but there might be 1% chance of bosoning so they’ll chicken out.

Tar & Taint have different connertations

( In English )
IT’s a bit like saying “Too many dishwashers spoil the broth” instead of “Too many cooks spoil the broth” they both work in the kitchen but they have different jobs

Must be hard to be productive when getting out of bed in the morning is frightening

That still wouldn’t change the simple fact that what people want can be harmful to them. Phillip Morris still moves product, after all.

I dunno, we should ask a ganktard. Considering one came up with this question, probably the answer he has for us is yes.

Miners provide materials and industrialist make goods that one day may kill them both. Thus is the cycle of Eve.

Yes, the map that definitely isn’t any help because nobody stays in the same constellations for hours on end when ratting or mining.

Yup. Which also in no way alters that basic point: just because the hunters wanted this, that doesn’t mean it’s good for them in the long run. It doesn’t mean it isn’t, either. The two things have nothing to do with one another.

@CCP_Falcon Since local in null security space is not operational, can we then assume that the map will obviously not be capable of displaying some statistics for null sec ( pilots in space/docked etc ) ?

Hunters were too busy hunting to want this.
Risk-averse chickens who were unsubbed because 99% safety is too low wanted this.
