I just want to say thank you to CCP. I did not realize how fun grand theft auto V was. My money was well worth spending on that game opposed to Eve.
Sure, EvE is a sandbox game. However by its design it is solidly a sandbox PvP game. Also, PvP is a facet that many more participate in than don’t, so while you may dislike it, the majority would disagree with the statement you make here.

As for autopiloting in any space being safe… guess what pressing that cloak module means for the player using it? They’re actively playing the game and taking due precautions for the space they travel in.
PVP and Sandbox is the two primary niches of the game, I know you keep ignoring people that tell you this, if you want good exploration zones; you must beat everyone else there. You want to be competitive on the market? Then you must do something that will make your products cheaper to sell. You want a moon to yourself? You need to set up a structure for yourself and tax the crap out of everyone else, then defend that structure so that it doesn’t get exploded by others. You want to PVE in a high profit zone? You must ensure that you pay attention, and set up so that when someone comes into your system you can continue to farm with safety…And that means you sometimes have to hire a Bouncer.
Or a script press for them. Or a bot.

So far from numbers on dotlan I observe no less than 80% drop in ratting all across eve.

You can still, steal renter’s exploration sites if you beat them to it. It just a little more difficult as they tend to launch response fleets for your actions.

You really don’t understand percentages do you? 80% drop from players that krab/mine consistently. That doesn’t mean they’re a majority of the playerbase as a whole. Also, I’m not seeing any significant drop when I check through a bunch of regions. However one day when people are being more cautious because they’re doing something they’re not used to isn’t a good representation of data.
