You have all the means in your access to ward off or escape a small group; of course if you have 10 people land on you, all having warp scramblers…Then you bend over and kiss your rear good bye; in which case…I ask where you mining in an obvious belt, or did you probe out a more hidden gravimetric anomaly? How much effort did you as a player do to minimize your risk? No offense, but the biggest complaint many people are having is the sheer amount of coddling ‘PVERs’ receive.

PVPers have been seeing changes nonstop to coddle them. This is the biggest example of them.

PVPers whine more than anything you could ever believe because they can barely type their three most known words “botters” “nullbear” and “krabs” while breathing at the same time… so anything that doesnt lick their ass from CCP would probably physically harm them irl. but I’m hoping you have the capacity to be better.

pve ships dont need to fight pvp ships they need to use different tactics to avoid fights all together. I caught a vni yesterday that was orbiting a haven but his mistake was he wasn’t changing his orbit so i could sneak up on him. Granted i didnt kill him got him down to 50% hull before i myself had to bug out because i had rats shooting at me plus him.
Apart from mining ships their is ways to completely avoid pvp it requires a setup change that might effect your isk an hour.

THEY DO USE DIFFERENT TACTICS, they RUN. Thats all they can do. Thats why local matters, it was the ONLY counter to instawarp interceptor tackle and covops tackle.

…If i lost in a drake… to a barge, i would literally biomass every account i own… holy hell.
I’ve pvpd solo, in gangs, and a lot more and never seen anything this bad before. Drake’s passive tanks shouldnt lose to drones my god.

While it’s neat and trolly, its akin to me suggesting “dont gank miners, fit mining lazers and just start mining their rocks with your pvp ships” … its nonsensical because its against your initial goals.
As pvping in a mining ship is against my goals (though i do have rorqs fit for handling small gangs… but thats because they have the capacity to multitask and live)

I will say bluntly that the effect is negative, now I will be a shopping center. I used to have a chance to catch a boil in the citadel, now I don’t see anyone without options, pvp players without use, a combat probe, just fly to the moon or use a narrow beam of the direction finder, the whole crowd and humiliate me))
I do not want such a game, it is discrimination of NULLSEC residents who are engaged in mining and not only.
