Itās terrible, Eve opening the door to new players to be able to do something besides highsec pve.
Wait, maybe thatās the ideaā¦ to make it to where you donāt have to register you api on 4 forums and 3 external api tools just to play in nullā¦ in a system 20 jumps from an enemy.
Maybe they feel like some strife is good for usā¦ and new players should be able to penetrate the net without older players just kicking them out.
I see a new rise in piracyā¦ first non-nerf piracy has seen in nearly a decade.

Think of it as a performance boosting move!
Now the servers wonāt have to track all those names, lagging out your big battles!
Ok I m really NOT STUCK on two ideas even, so here is a a third idea:
CITADEL based local
If you have a citadel anchored - you may equip it with a deep space scanner module.
Everyone in the alliance owning this citadel receives local info every time this module is activated,
As an UPGRADE for this module - allow a (strontium consuming) boost that temporarily renders cloak ineffective for - say - a minute. After that minute anyone may RE-cloak again.
Great for fighting off those AFK cloaky campers that scare your miners.

Since local is a product coming out of the intel shared - make it update for those who are in a fleet and in the same system together more quickly.
Allow some obscure anchored devices or even one of those new structures (cyno jammer, jumpgate etc) to link on to,
Team effort allowing shared intel and thus local updating (only) for those who team up

well, thats all 4 of my accounts unsubbed, with rorquals having panic mode and supercaps having tanks to survive roaming gangs the only people this is going to hurt are newer and smaller players

Just unsubbed two accounts.
If I wanted delayed local Iād move to a wormhole. Smashing Dscan every 5 seconds from now until the end of time is not my idea of fun. Hoping this is only an āeventā thing but voting with my feet in case it isnāt. Threatening their income is the only way to get through to these nerds. Not sure why we even bother having a CSM.
All you dudes laughing at the people leavingā¦ itās funny if a couple leave. Even a couple hundred. But if too many leave then it wonāt be so funny any more.

Last time I ratted in null, nobody talked in my system, Corp, or alliance for hours. It was mind numbing.
Course, maybe everyone else was bottingā¦ IDK.

In null-sec d-scan itās the game ā¦if you are not d-scan everytimes so stay in high-sec in a "golem"for lvl 4 missions.

Iām a bit ambivalent about this, I like going into J-Space for this reason, but I donāt think Iād like it all the time (I live in null). We try to protect our space from red activities, how are we going to do this if we donāt know reds are there? But then again, itād make it easier to operate within their space. I will reserve final judgement until Iāve played with these blackouts for a bit, but I suspect Iām not going to like it, and will def play less or move back to high sec if I donāt.
love the way u guys donāt even realise him subbing via plex makes CCP more income, more income is better for u, etc, but w/e o7
