one of the first corps i joined when i went to nullsec for the first time had a CEO that would tiwtch stream the in-gate to our pocket for us. It was funny but dang… ppl adapt when they need to. Krabs will be fine.
Exactly just adapt and it will be almost business as usual.
The idiots and botters will be the ones dying.
wow very good post, ty for sharing
Cant wait till kill you and never show up in local, god bless
Silly miners! Don’t you know that “null” means “NO”?
Who cares what csm thinks. Abolish csm.
As an Albion Online player, black zones were excellent for that very reason you couldn’t see who was in each zone with the exception of blobs on the map.
I never understood why Eve Online would allow you to see who was in each null zone.
About dang time!!! Please CCP make this permanent!!! Eve should be dark, gritty, and dangerous!!!
Hi sec - keep local as is
Low Sec & WH - delayed
0.0 - no local
Yeah we used to do that back in my days with SOUND at the 9-FOB pipe. eyes on each end, people would play the game and watch another monitor for stuff. Still works, but they 'll just have to pay more attention since the gray/red blob will only be seen while on-grid.
There’s a reason you guys aren’t doing this in the first place. You haven’t done it before, you’re not going to do this now. Knug is right, you won’t stop. Have fun with the drifters.
rorquals are combat fit and under an umbrella, if anything they benefit from the change
To a degree, yes. But it also could benefit the attackers if they’re off-grid with main force, bait defender to use rorq and cyno in, then the main blob comes in to wreck your day
Me and my old pvp friends talking about this changes atm and thinking of comming back to eve. And it’s about 10 players and about 30 accounts.
fly safe
This thread needs more crying about AFK cloaking. That’s what it needs
Huginn just got a buff ;).
In all seriousness, if looking at a permanent fitting, perhaps look at Null Sec Blackout Zones which should work in the same way as Incursions over about 15-20 systems in several clusters rotating every 5 days or so. Just add it in saying Drifters have intercepted and are hacking the signal for their gains and the current Pilot Identification System is currently suspended in the area.
you ignorant, botters are not imperium, check ccp peligro stats, fix your narrative.
Also rorquals should continue to be safe under their umbrella, if anything this change just demands that players compact even more.
It’ll make up for the few whiney pricks that actually do RQ. Good to have ya back.
Nah, this would just make it where some areas are never/always flown in, and the botters and AFKtards will still exist.
If local goes away, which I hope it does for good, it will overall benefit the game most if its done for all of nullsec.
Hell it might get more people out there in null, providing more content for everyone.
It might affect the market in ways that make it so goons don’t control 90% or more of the entire economy of the game, since their currently unbeatable army of afk miners gets blown up, moon goo stabilizes, and the few people with access to all the resources currently get hosed because they con’t control the market quite as easily.
Non-multiboxers in your world are servants to a fleet leader.
The PvP crowd sees it differently, and we used to be the heart of this game.
I never multiboxed. I never served anyone.
I rode my frigate until it came apart, scrounged up some cash and got another.
Eventually, the spoils paid more than
My losses and I started accumulating ships and flying faster, harder, and against meaner targets.
Then CCP came down with the nerf wand and turned every sharp edge we had into marshmallow.
I’m almost dumbfounded to see a change that encourages fights.
Go CCP, keep drinking whatever lot of booze came on the last ship.
First time I’ve givwn you guys a thumbs up in almost a decade…
I smell kill marks!
Force recons exist so good luck
