There is no may to it. If you are undocked you are subject to PvP anywhere. Period…

PVP is everywhere in the game. Marketing, mining, manufacturing, the list goes on. If you think for one moment your casual building, mining etc is not pvp in some sense, your sadly mistaken.

Yes, except in this instance it cost me a fee to relist and you can simply ait on your order.
Good gawd, it all depends on the situation… Like if there’s nobody else in the system, then there’s no PvP…
Anyway, not gonna get into a big debate on what is or isn’t PvE / PvP content..

I’ve been in high sec systems multiple times with no other players showing in Local chat… And depending on the location, have been in high sec systems for days with no other players showing in Local chat…

Sure, that’s the case in Ammatar space or the ass end of Khanid, but that’s not where most players hang out…

In Caldari high-sec you can usually find a half dozen or more active players - plus the usual 10+ roaming gank fleets.
Where I operate out of, it’s usually me, myself and my other - plus one or two other gooey capsuleers.
You can’t mind the very material that makes combat ships…and then claim that combat has nothing to do with you.
