fit t2 blasters web scram damage modules damage control and rigs and they will cost 20 ish mil
Exactly.
T2 Railguns and Javelins is what I’m going with.
1.056.000,00 is the price at Market right now.
something like this costs 20 milion
pro tip … A LOT of small pvp ships use one damage control + rigs as tank
Sure, but I can’t afford 20mil every couple of days.
‘Talking BS’? What about what I said about your post was wrong?
I remembered your post because it struck me how you somehow attributed magical fitting properties to the magic 14, even though the majority of fitting skills aren’t part of the magic 14, and even though 12 of the magic 14 aren’t fitting skills at all.
Anyway, forgive me for linking your post while you were not here to defend your earlier posts – I don’t really keep track of when forum regulars are on their EVE-break.
I agree with you on ships energy issue but not on this.
I ain’t training some magic skills because it has “magic” in it. I completely ignored “Magic” 14 and I’m not worse off for that. I’d even say I’m better off because I did not waste SP.
My advice to new players is read a lot, try to understand what you want to do and study that gameplay.
Do NOT, I repeat, DO NOT train “Magic” 14.
In DMC’s world everything is a personal attack, you should know this by know.
I see the average forum warrior still complains about stuff that they can just ignore because they want attention. Nice. Way to stay true to the roots of EO.
Welcome to EVE!
How is Echoes? Does it also have a ‘magic 14’?
Yip the Magic 14 package deals to get you on your feet quick $$.
I managed just fine. You have to adapt your fitting to your skills, and not the other way round…or you will never leave dock. As a noob I was constantly updating my fittings, and still do. Creating some super duper high DPS fitting and then waiting months to skill for it before you can undock that ship is silly and pointless. Certainly aim for the better ship…but be prepared to compromise in the mean time.
Funny. I just left dock not an hour ago. Killed me a few rats and went home.
Nope. I first think on which ship I want to fly and wich modules I want to use ( compare tool, simulate ship… ) and when I’m happy with the fit I train the skills and buy the stuff. That way I do not train unnecessary skills.
I disagree. Except it’s not “waiting” that I do. I play with what I can use while I train onbthe stuff I want to use.
This whole game is compromise. As whatshisname said, you’ll never get the perfect fit that you imagine you want.
That’s clearly not true.
Eve Uni is a scam, run by a bunch of bitter vets who exploit new players.
Oh…well evaded. You first make a generalised comment about ‘new players’, and then when challenged reduce it to what you personally do. So you’re not speaking for all new players any more, then ?
Exactly you use what you can and set short term goals and related skill plan and set mid / long term goals and related skill plan as well then go along the path and alter it as necessary while growing and unlocking more and more stuff to use along the way.
I’m surprised I thought you had blocked me.
As for exploited, I mean sure in a way if you consider exploiting their eagerness to pvp by getting them in fleet and running them around cuasing carnage, but I don’t see that as a bad thing.
Tbh Eve uni/ Ivy league are one of the best groups to fight, no ■■■■ talking in local and they have some honor and they seem to be enjoying it when ever they are out and about so again It doesn’t seem like they feel exploited.
Maybe you should think and write my post in my stead, lol.
Yea, just walk out on us mid way damn dude
No, you completely miss the point. Sure you can decide what ship and fitting you ultimately want to fly. But if that fitting is going to take a month or more to skill for, does that ship then just sit in dock for a month waiting ? And to argue that you never buy the ship until you have the desired ultimate fitting…well then you’d have periods of not flying anything.
With every fitting there is compromise along the way. You’re not going to leave dock on day 1 in Eve in some 1000DPS super EHP battleship. Your first fittings as a noob have to take into account that it will take time to get skills…or you’d never undock !
