Recently I noticed that the new “Start Conversation” icons fade the names in the Channel List and also the agent description in the Station Panel.
This is especially a problem on smaller screens. One then needs to make the various windows bigger than needed and reduces the available screen space. (I noticed this especially in 90% scaled mode)
The icon could be displayed with a transparent background, this would solve the problem of (partially) hidden names and agent information.
