Vigilante actions run contrary to Order. What did you expect? Pure Thought is the Instigator of Sin and Free Thought is the Begetter of Disorder. Your emotionally driven vigilantism does no favors to keeping Order.
We are capsuleers, not judges or juries. There are channels you should go through to resolve issues the right way. You’ve no authority to attempt to break a legal blockade being carried out by the Kingdom.

As Lord Garion Avarr can attest, I was not conducting operations on the planet’s surface and therefore was not a participant in running the blockade. Up until Samira Kernher was unilaterally declared a criminal, the Cerra Relief Mission was acting in full compliance and in integration with SFRIM’s own relief efforts as overseen by Lord Avarr.
It’s also intriguing that you see fit to lecture me about thought and proper avenues when Lord Consort Shutaq told you to stand down when you were engaged in a dispute with Lord Kithrus.
In fact, after Lord Consort Shutaq had ordered you to stand down, with respect to Lord Kithrus, didn’t he declare something along the lines of “He has more right to be here than we do?”

Firstly, if it is a criminal act to preserve life, then I will happily be a criminal. An unjust law is no law at all when contrary to the Will of God.

Secondly, I was merely educating your subordinate about my purposes, because she seemed to erroneously lump me in with blockade runners.
I do not need nor request the sympathy of the Praetoria, especially not when they voluntarily provide themselves as strong men to interdict humanitarian aid efforts on no one’s authority but their own.

The Praetorian fleet was not there to interdict humanitarian efforts.
The Praetorian fleet performed no “hostile maneuvers”.
The Praetorian fleet did not “unilaterally begin intimidating the humanitarian aid fleet”
At this point, it is seems that your only intent is to sow the seeds of dissent within Dam-Amarr and claim hostilities where there are none.
Another attempt in a long line of turning on Amarr when the mood is right.
May this humanitarian aid effort continue with less violent repercussions. The Praetoria will continue to aid in protecting the righteous and Amarr law where we may.

We have to disagree with you there. PIE asked us to leave and let these people be killed by the Khanid, ordered our Pilots to get their ships scanned and escorted the Khanid official in their combat Battleship fleet. This can only mean that they were prepared to engage in combat. And since our humanitarian fleet was the only fleet there these intentions are quite obvious.

The facts are clear and I invite Lord Garion Avarr to attest: the PIE flotilla escorted Duke Fayez’s Damnation, Lord Consort Fleet Captain Shutaq demanded the humanitarian aid fleet leave the system, and as it refused, he then demanded that individual ships submit to inspection and assumed the position of Kahah Port Authority with no authorization.
Let the record stand as is, Fabricator-General, or else be mired in the same temptation of duplicity that seems to have befallen the Kingdom by Lord Consort Shutaq’s own admission.
I asked that exactly one ship, piloted by a member of Ushra’Khan and an active wartarget to PIE, submit to a scan to ensure she was not holding materials that might aid terrorist actions or rebellion on the surface. She graciously accepted, I completed the scan and found no such materials. We parted in peace, despite my having every right to destroy the vessel. I did this as a courtesy.
I asked that you leave, again, as a courtesy because you were risking more lives than saving. The Khanid Navy and ground forces would surely be destroying shuttles and unidentified landing parties.
I was one of the few there legitimately trying to save lives, as I knew none could be helped on the surface by capsuleers. You are a reckless grandstander, Sakakibara. You twist the truth to suit your own ends, which is to make yourself look better whilst you empty the air around you of sense and meaning. I suggest you stop embarrassing yourself and wasting lives. Your mouth is far bigger than your heart.

We can now continue calling each others liars and fabricators. What matters is that the Khanid were incapable of handling this matter in a humanitarian way and that is where we stepped in. We openly gave and are at this hour still giving our best to get as many people off the planet and into safe hands. We re-stocked on food and medicine and continue operation our medical bays to treat any refugee.
Concord has never stepped in to stop the humanitarian aid itself. It only directed its force against Samira Kernher which we can understand, this is no matter that we wish to get involved in. Over all the amount of pilots joining to help us try carrying people off the planet has been overwhelming and I am speaking out my gratitude towards all of you.

Are you actually expecting these worthless feckless arseholes to actually do anything but wobble their jowls menacingly from within whatever stations they cower in, resting on the laurels of past action?
They have proven time and time again that they have lost all will.
Free tips for general scenarios. Unless you have reviewed Local channel communications and proper video replays, for scenarios such as this, you shouldn’t extend yourself to making claims that another is lying. Did you really have time for doing that, Ascentior? Perhaps your subordinates know how to deal with you. Perhaps they may be telling the whole truth or degrees of it, but you may also have to be mindful for what the child is omitting. All free tips to keep in mind before substituting someone else’s story for your own.
