And those corps and alliances that needed ice would simply mine it themselves on mining alts or theyâd level up ice harvesting quickly and be able to supply themselves.
The small business miners would lose their business as corps switched over to being more self-sufficient. Its a bad idea that wouldnât work anyways.

I said level up the skill, I didnât say the actual mining. And depending on how space rich you are and with skill injectors⌠it will take what? 5 minutes, maybe.
Meh, it is 10 day training into t2 ice harvesters and l4 mining barge + t2 mining upgrade
It happens very quickly with boosted yield tanked covetors - bring enough of them and whole ice belt will be gone in 20-30 minutes. If ppl can gatecamp for hours they can also do half an hour of mining.

you donât know the concept of yield tank?
I am hording Blue Ice (3k) because I have over 2.3M Isotopes and canât produce fuel blocks quickly enough.
