I’d bet he went there to give miners a hard time and hock his worthless “mining permit”.
Yeah, I’ve heard people say stuff like that (i.e. my buddy always gets reimbursed when he petitions his dreads), but it’s inconsistent with my personal experience. For example, I once even had video of me DC’ing at the start of a wave even before pulling agro, and they still rejected my claim on the basis that they couldn’t prove that the problem was on their end. In fact, I don’t even bother petitioning anymore unless I know other people DC’ed as well.
So, I don’t know if those guys are trolling, have gotten lucky with their GM’s, or if reimbursement policy has changed over the years, but, from what I can tell, those claims are BS.

Yeah, why should I use a social media platform where people can challenge my beliefs, and I have to defend my positions with arguments? I’d much rather go to reddit where a simple mouseclick can bury the posts of anyone who doesn’t agree with bittervet sentiment or null-krab groupthink.
P.S. Anyone who disagrees with this post is a troll, because that’s apparently the new definition of troll.

In 18 years I’ve been reimbursed two or three times. I’ve never heard of “miners” being favored in this way. Perhaps the miners are trolling the gankers in that channel. I’ve never “tuned in” to it so I can’t even form an opinion.

Exactly what they doing in miners channel, witch is supposed to be a help/Intel channel for miners and they hijack it with troll posts masked as “roleplay”

Frostpacker was banned from entering a mining channel for some reason last year and had not tried to reenter.

James 315 should be made into an NPC to remind us how important it is to preserve New Eden’s natural resources.
