To get boosted barge you need barge in orca. With perfect skills you get same same yield and Perfect solution for solo mining and starting point for own fleet of alts. seems mining is done almost exlusively by bots now, used to be bad back then but somehow they managed to make it even worse

I do most of my mining in HS in an Orca. Solo. As has been said before, it is not overpowered, and indeed is not the optimal mining platform in terms of yield.
