This month is looking to be another 3%+ earner. Will have more info at the turn of the month. Dividends will most likely be paid out either late tonight or late tomorrow night as Iāve got a busy day today and tomorrow.
Also, with the introduction of Moon Goo, I see an opportunity and I may double the entire value of the fund.I am watching the market and will set an expansion value probably early next week. Will need to see how quickly I can flip, and how reliable my sources will be.

Posting to build a little hype for the Mogul Proper IPO. Weāre at a point where I want to really start marketing Mogul and expand us into other portions of EVE. To do this, weāre going to need a little capital to get us started and put in some projects that will take some upfront capital. This will be separate from the MMR, as thatās a whole other beast.
We will be selling 10% of the brand, in exchange for roughly 250b (2.5T valuation). After discussing with some people, and some technical math thatās what we pegged a reasonable estimate to be. Mogul has really grown in the past 6 months (I believed we were worth around 1-1.5T at beginning of this year, and we had an acquisition offer for that, which didnāt get too much further). I will be releasing these shares on the EVE-Mogul share exchange, more testing to be hammered out this week on it. I will also allow MMR shares to be tradeable going forward, and I anticipate those share prices going up pretty drastically as weāve had consistently high dividends lately, and the mineral market has been increasing in volume as well.
Now that we are going public, I will start disclosing our financials to the shareholders. This will be displayed on the Mogul Exchange, with the frontend display going public this week as well.
After the IPO has been released, we will also start to hire some more staff to really get things rolling. Specifics on positions will come soon.

It was a slower month, the month prior we had some large contracts that we supplied for which helped the profits. We are working on diversifying the profit sources so itās more consistent going forward.

How to use it, send isk to Mogul Holdings as you would if you were going to subscribe. Once it is processed it will appear in your balance where you can purchase shares.
If you would like to sell shares, you can do so by going to Your Shares and hitting sell, specifying a price. Once someone else buys them, your account will be credited with the ISK.

With the release of the Stock Exchange, I have moved all the shares for the MMR over, as well as created the Mogul Financial IPO, with 100k shares (10%) selling at 2.5mil per share. These wonāt have very high dividends, but we anticipate people can make isk by buying and holding the shares longer term as 2018 will be a very focused year for us.
Mogul Financial oversees and manages about 1T in assets/ISK, and we plan on doubling that at least over the next year. We also have many other projects that need some startup capital, which is what this IPO is funding. This also includes hiring on more staff and buying more assets as necessary.
Also, if you have MMR shares, PLEASE check to see if you received them on the website. If you have not, get in contact with me ASAP. December will be the last month I will want to send isk directly. Starting in 2018 I will be using the EVE-Mogul dividend payment system to handle the dividends.

Iāll have a more detailed post regarding Jan/Feb dividends later this week. My sources of ore dried up pretty badly, but we have some other projects starting that should alleviate our issues. The low dividends should reverse shortly and go back up to the 7-8b range soon.

I will have dividends out this week for MMR. Iām currently out of the states on a backpacking trip and Wifi has been spotty.
We will also be pushing the share buyback for MMR this month at some point, once we get the exchange migrated to the new site.

Where can I see the dividends on eve-mogul.com? I put in about 5 bil of shares which now seem to be worth 5.7bil, but I canāt find the dividends split from that.

The only assumption I can make is that the previous dividend history hasnāt been ported over yet as the exchange is still in testing.
Yup that is correct. Divident payment history havenāt been moved over. Will have those done soon. Your account balance will be up to date though with what you should have.
