It is anything that is going to be adversely impacted by this dopey policy. Could be a BS, or a carrier or some other fairly large expensive ship. Guys like me who already have those expensive ships and have a nice pile of liquid ISK we’ll be fine. Sure things are more expensive, but with lots of ISK it isn’t as bad.
This report tells me what I already know… “I’m poor”.
And you are about to get “poorer”. We all are thanks to CCP, but they are too stupid to realize it because they cannot decompose their ■■■■■■■ price indices like everyone else in the f-u-c-k-i-n-g world.
