Incursion rats are very different from the rest of eve and thus need specific fits. Example other than officers, what npc frigate alphas for 900+.
Oh well, as I said, it seems fitting for an Amarr splinter to keep the cap chain idea, so why not Sansha? BR already would have their own version with nos instead.
That the only nightmare I really know of besides the gate camping one is fit that way seemed neat, but it is not at all necessary to the argument. Cap chains are an established Smart and Caldari thing and it works well if one of their splinter groups each keep it while the other has an innovative way around it.
pretty much. Blood Raiders have the big thing about capacitor warfare with the whole “can succ the enemy regardless of your own cap” while also having bonuses to energy vamp/neut modules.
Sansha only has the OP afterburner thing. getting a cap chain bonus for their logi wouldnt be too much. they are Amarr + Caldari anyways, and both of those have the cap chaining thing on their logistic hulls.
every pirate logi has a gimmick of its own already, problem is fitting such an amount of logistics with something that not only reflects the faction they represent but also the work that a logi is supposed to cover without stepping on the strengths of the specialized logis in the T2 side.
i still say the Angel logi should have remote sensor booster bonuses. there’s not much honestly as far as logistic bonuses go (drone rep amount and hitpoints, cycle time, range, cap consumption, repping amount from the remote modules) most of that is already present in the T1 hulls so mixing in the gimmicks of the combat pirate hulls is more or less the way to go.
of course i say that basing it on the Dagon and Loggerhead as examples.
Makes you wonder about the Amarr and the cap nerfs they took…
They are heavily cap reliant but… ¯_(ツ)_/¯
Amarr faction ships still have not recovered from all that.
