Remember newbies are humans, if you want botting and RMT to not be a thing, you need to give incentive for people to play the game using human labor instead of mechanic labor, best way to do that is make the content fun and profitable.
Make it both. Add sinks to counter the increased wealth generated, and make the content fun. If you have fun content that pays well, then you have a great game.
It already is profitable for newbies.

i can get a newbie making much much more than that per hour. If i really wanted to, i could probably move in your corp, and take all your people into my own corp, and run it so much smoother and give them, and gankers, content.
