There is, cause I don’t get a warning on my overview, when someone targets my drones. Which is why I am here arguing the case.
Still waiting for you explanation why it would be Illogical to get a warning for my drones, just like for my ship when someone targets me.
Else I would just take it like you can’t come up with it anything, and further strengthen the case.
You don’t NEED a warning on your overview, as you can SEE the threats on your overview. That’s pretty much what it’s for. And by your own admission of “still having an eye on the overview” that means all is fine and as it should be.
You, as you state, pay attention to the overview and thus you can see and react to the threats. Right?
Or are you lying to us? Surely not!

I don’t live in nullsec where everyone is considered a threat and I can only do so much as to tag one offender at a time with a red status. But the same person can just over and over make new alts to bypass my eyes as a neutral and by your definition, I wouldn’t be able to do anything else than constantly watch the belt for 4 hours straight. Which would be unreasonable to me and many others that would agree with me on that. For sure you would do aswell if you tried it out.
So to make this short, I cannot see if someone is a threat untill they have destroyed one of my drones.
And if I was AFK, such a feature would do no difference as I then would loose the drones anyway.
Now back to the point, what would make it not logical to have such a feature where I can see when someone targets my drones? Or do you have no argument for that.
Or is just smearing your tactic?
The fact that afk and zero effort game play should not be rewarded. You can stop now, really. No one is buying it, no one is falling for it apart from DMC but he’s just as terrible so no surprises there.
I might just run a locator and sent an alt or two, just to check how much attention you’re paying to your overview.

So you have nothing other to say, “you don’t play like I want you to do, so you can’t have it.”
Also that’s an expressed opinion of your’s, that you don’t like people who doesn’t play the game like you want them to. It’s not an argument about if the function is logical.
It’s like saying “I don’t like people who drive automatic cars, cause I use gears. For that reason, automatic cars should be banned.”
It’s illogical that I cannot know when someone targets my drones. I cannot see it in my overview, I cannot hear it happen. Before it’s to late.

For the future, I would really want people to stay on the topic and not work around it.
And I do not understand why this is so painful for people and that you have to resort to calling it “afk and zeroeffort gameplay.” Cause it’s just not true, I do other things and if I don’t I dont. What’s the consequence of it? I get ALOT less yield than if I was running in my Mackinaw, which btw, would be instantly suicide ganked. Cause apperently that’s not ok either by the “pirate” community. So I have to do in a skiff. But a skiff would still have more then the dubble amount of yield I have. About 3200m3/minute. While I have 1500m3/minute in my Orca.
I sincerely hope that the raznaborgs murder your drones and your ship. And then they should put up a sign that says “triglavians are generating content, bro” right on top of your ships rotten, afk mining corpse.
That’s the fate you deserve in Eve. If you want an afk game, play a idle clicker or something.

I have no problem with rats destroying my drones, even though their acts are random.
The only problem I have is that I can loose those drones, not knowing that someone actually started to target my drones. Like a suicide ganker for example.
Have you tried looking at your screen? Supposedly there is a drone window that show your little babies’ health bars.
