I keep wiping my Neocom and pulling the groups into it as buttons instead, but it isn’t saving properly - sometimes it will save one or two changes, but I can’t get it to just save the whole set of changes. Anybody know what causes this?
I’ve been having similar issues across my accounts. Any changes I make to the Neocom aren’t saved.
I’ve tried changing the Neocom and then undocking/docking for session change timers before logging out.
I’ve tried doing this with only 1 account open at a time. I’ve tried doing it with all my accounts open at once.
The icons will stay if I swap to a different character (same account) and then back to the one I changed things on. But as soon as I log out of the game and back in, the icons revert to how they previously were.
Its really starting to grate on my nerves because I want icons in certain spots to make it easier when switching between clients.
Hopefully a solution will come along soon enough.
Having the same problem. I have tried uninstalling the game, deleting all files, and then reinstalling the game. No change
I can confirm the issue exist and even persists to this day. Opened a ticket with CCP about this. Ive got the point Ive reinstalled windows and didnt solve the issue.
Seems to be the same I experience, none of my settings is being saved, overview settings, naming of tabs, my graphics settings etc, everything is revert back next time I log in. Posted this in another thread two days ago now.
I have no reply from CCP on the ticket opened this Wednesday. Kinda dissapointed to wait so much time for them.
Opened one myself this morning
Update on my save problem, I did a complete Windows reinstall today, and now my settings in EVE is saved, so problem solved, and I had plans to reinstall Windows anyway
This is funny because I did a reinstall of windows too and my setting are not being saved. At least not all of them… for example neocom remains still unsaved. P.S. The installation for windows was done deleting the partitions and that means deleting everything. Clean install.
What version of windows did you use?
Windows 11, and all my settings are being saved now. I did a full wipe.
well thats very weird what version and build of windows 11?
