We might have a pretty good fit for you in Guns. Our doctrines are caldari ship heavy and we have a pretty good sized US TZ, but not one thats so big you cant get a word in. We live in shallow Null which means HS is just 3 jumps away and Jita 12, which means you can have all the benefits of making money in null without being stuck there.
