Seeing some people use potatoes like me, it should be a rule violation to clutter up undock with Capital wrecks in the main testing system. You can do it elsewhere, but not there - it REALLY slows the game down.
It’s SUPPOSED to be the case that all combat is forbidden within 500km of station.
The issue is that people are illiterate, and there are so few moderators for SiSi that nothing gets done to prevent/punish those who break the rules until well after they’ve had their fun (and mucked things up for everyone else).
