TLDR; Carebear wants kills but cant be arsed to actually go out and earn them,
So instead he wants magical flag only bubbles that would even then not do much do to that fact you can make bookmarks off gates every single way. There is also crying about gankers being teather, well you could always just wardec them and bash their citadels but hey that means the CODEies might be able to shoot back and thats a no no. it seems hes also talking about null intel channel but i doubt he really understands how it works
