We’re not the ones who make whine threads about problems apparently no one, or barely anyone, else is suffering from.
As you claim to be intelligent …
You’re aware you’re posting here, right?
I’m out now.
I don’t like continuously beating on people when they’re already down.
Now really … have a nice day anyway.
Yes, it was a mistake to think people would understand the nuances when the word “nerf” is mentioned.
Have a terrible day.
Nah, I’m not you.
Now hes flagging us cause we hurt his feelings.
you flagged me first so i must have hurt yours.
I didnt flag anyone. Infact, Im willing to bet 100 billion isk and tell CCP to divulge info that proves that i didnt flag.
Are you willing to do the same?
What else does she have left to make herself feel better?
She expected to find an echo chamber in here.
i dont care.
You seem to be caring a lot.
you do
Of course I do.
I care about everyone. Im a nice guy. I care about you.
Also, see that? Im the only one replying to you right now, my posts are being flagged, yours are not.
Pretty much confirms youve been flagging me but im not flagging you.
So, try not to care so much next time about whos flagging who, okay?
It confirms you stopped so you could make that post.
Dear OP …
… and I mean this sincerely, in no trolling way.
If you hadn’t worded your initial post in a way that makes it look like you’re always suffering from high drone aggro, then things would have went completely different.
You even admitted, later on - as I’ve pointed out - that you’re not actually suffering from it all the time. People know that it can happen, but you overly exaggerated it. We all know that sometimes people suffer from it more than others, but that’s usually just temporary.
You, on the other hand, make it sound like it’s always the case, for everyone. This isn’t about nuances, this is about you - probably unintentionally - communicating in a misleading manner.
There, I hope it helps.
Well if that’s really the case then I still don’t think it deserves the response it got. People are just a55holes on this forum for basically no reason.
It doesn’t happen all the time, but when it does it prevents me from playing that night because it’s just not worth it, and the only thing I said was reduce it so that it was still kind of worth it to play. It did not deserve everyone to troll the thread into oblivion so they deserve every insult they got.
It still appears unreasonable to nerf something that only affects you occasionally, or rarely. Nerfs are always affecting everyone. I understand that you might be living in a situation where you’re happy you get to play and I honestly understand that it must suck when ■■■■ doesn’t go your way then, but … what can I say?
EVE’s designed not to please everyone all the time.
That’s part of what made it great in the past.
The reality of reality (“Life sucks ™”) in a video game.
Asking for changes affecting everyone, because you personally, occasionally are having issues with it, is kind of unfair for everyone else.
Is there nothing else you can do in EVE, when “luck’s” not on your side?
No. Realistically one can expect aggro sometimes, it’s part of making drones balanced. It’s not enjoyable but understandable.
But if it affects one as much as you described there has to be a specific reason for that, and it’s probably going to be one I mentioned earlier with the most obvious ones being “lazy” or “botting”. To which all of us reply with “good luck with that”.
If you want to advocate a change because you see an issue you’re trying to appeal to reason, in order to achieve that you first have to be reasonable. EVE players tend not be the SJW type, we actually stick to facts somewhat.
But this is not binary. The effect is basically zero for everyone else and benefits only active VNI ratters by increasing their ticks by a few million. That’s why it’s a reasonable request.
Sure, but I’d rather it be more often and less intensive. What’s the problem with that?
