There should be a way to sort the folders within the P & P window, either by dragging/dropping or sort by name so Agent Missions BMs are not all the way at the bottom of the window all the time.
OMEGA Retroactive Daily Gift Claim Not Working
I asked about this in the Help channel and someone said it was a known issue that was being worked on, but I donāt see it, so Iām posting just in case it ISNāT a known issue yet.
I claimed the gift for today in Alpha state, and then upgraded to Omega, and the gift screen seems to think Iām still in Alpha state, even though all the other Omega bonuses are active.

May be iām wrong, but it seems that new Zirnitra dread has more then 130k alfa , and tracking 600, we were on ab mode and orbited him on 20-21km, we had resists from 85 to 90% EM and thermal and he made first shot - 14873 dps and the second 8531 dps and i diedā¦ on drekavak (with 18763 armor, 1750 shield, and 6500 structure)ā¦ and the other ships the same (two leshaks from two shots)ā¦ so CCP pls check your new content, or unswer is it normal?

Todayās update seems to have really broken the People & Places UI.
It auto-expands all subfolders in every folder (not the folders themselves).
9/10 times, trying to collapse one requires clicking the subfolder twice. At this point, other random subfolders seem to enter the collapsed state, changing the arrow to >ā¦ but donāt actually collapse their contents. Actually collapsing these requires a further two clicks.
what a mess.

People and Places collapses the folder categories with every logout/login. Should be fixed.

Iāve noticed this on jumps and docking/undocking - a real pita especially for instaās

@Johnny_Oxford_Virpio Holy cow, this is bad. I noticed this as well just now.
In addition, I opened my P&P again several times and enjoyed the following:
The location folders were collapsed every time I opened P&P. Upon clicking on a folder, it expanded and every single sub-folder was expanded. Trying to collapse those, a single click on them did nothing. It collapsed them for a splitsecond and then they expanded again. The arrows for expanded/collapsed state point always to the side to indicated collapsed even though the respective sub-folder is expanded. Deleting, adding or moving a bookmark expands all sub folders. Moving a bookmark collapses my personal folder and expands all sub-folders if I expand it again, as well as expands all sub-folders in shared folders.
For whatever itās worth, have fun sifting through the log data of EBR-185932.

Cāmon CCPā¦ Do you really have to break things to the point of making the game unplayable every now and then, like you did with the bookmarks window today for everyone having a significant number of bookmarks and bookmark folders? I mean, really?

For me, it collapses the whole tree when I add/delete/modify a BM. Then when I reopen the top level folder it auto-expands everything. -very- annoying.

Yeah, unfortunately we messed up with this in the patch today. We are working on a fix for it.

Having this today too. The folder opening/closing is random enough that I am gonna just dock up until we get a fix. In wormhole/nullsec I depend on quick access to BMs, and that is just totally broken at the moment.
The Holding shift and dragging to copy does not work for me on multiple characters as well as some of my alliance mates!
Yesterday I could drag bookmarks from personal into shared and now I can not. Nothing else changed except for the update. Tried with multiple toons all with admin access to the shared folder.
Today I was about to lose a ship and then I right-clicked in space and hovered over my safespot bookmark so I can warp to it as soon as I end up in my pod. But as soon as my ship exploded, the right-click menu disappeared! Meaning I had to right-click in space again and then find my bookmark before my pod got targeted. This behaviour will really discourage people from PvPing in non-empty pods and I hope it will be fixed.

corporation folders auto expand but they dont whenver I add a waypoint to one of them. This is ridiculous.
Using insta undock is a pain in the ass. Especially on jita.
three times in a row I am bumped on the undock. This. Really. Sucks.

I AM NOT JUST GOING TO WRITE THIS ONCE:

I CAN NOT SIMPLY FIND THE ONE I NEED!
I NEED TO CLOSE EACH ONE, BECAUSE SCROLLING IS WORSE!
SCROLLING DOES NOT MAKE IT EASILY FINDABLE!
EVEN WORSE WORSE, I NEED TO DOUBLECLICK EACH ONE TO CLOSE THEM, BECAUSE APPARENTLY THEYāRE BUGGED! THE ICON SHOWS THEM AS COLLAPSED, WHILE THEY ARE OPEN! THEIR STATE IS APPARENTLY āCOLLAPSEDā, YET THE CONTENT IS SHOWING!
IF THIS ISNāT FIXED SOON,
I WILL KILL CAPSULEERS ALL OVER THE PLACE
AND I WILL TELL THEM YOUāVE SENT ME!

When you want to edit a bookmark, could you please turn this erratic behavior off that puts the cursor focus sometimes in the name field with everything highlighted and sometimes in the Notes field. This is extremely frustrating.

I did the same thing on an Alpha account, collected the gift, logged in and then upgraded to Omega.
I wasnāt able to collect the retroactive Omega gifts until after Downtime on the next log in. When you click accept for that days gifts, it will include the past gifts into the redeeming queue and leave green check marks over their spot in the reward screenā¦
After docking in station inside the game, be a good idea to āClear All Cache Filesā in Esc menu - āReset Settingsā Tab. That will prompt a restart and hopefully remove little annoying bugs.
Another good option to try before logging into the game is āVerify integrity of downloaded files and purge extra filesā in the āShared Cacheā menu of the Launcher. That can be accessed 2 different ways:
Easiest way = click the little āEā icon in the top right corner of the Launcher - then select āShared Cacheā - Then select āVerifyā.
Another way = click the little gear sprocket in the lower left corner of the Launcher - then select āReset Options & Cacheā on the left side - then select āShared Cacheā - then select āVerifyā.
I usually do that after every patch download and or whenever the game seems to start getting lag / a little buggy.
Anyway, hopefully that will help, good luck and donāt give up with Customer Support, they have a tendency to move slow so just remain patient with them.
