A single run 0/0 frig bpc… Ok to me, i build caps with my own bpos, it’s free, i laughed at the joke and trashed them. Then i thought at myself as a newbro industrialist. When i approached the indy world, i had a friend explaining that a BP have to be researched, otherwise it’s waste of time and resources. So my first buildings were with the 10/20 bpcs he gave me.
Giving those unresearched bpcs to newbros feels like teaching them wrong. I totally don’t agree with this “gift”.

You do realize by the time you’ve undock most of the time on the booster has been wasted?
I want to know what´s the damn point with some of the rewards no im not complaning for free ■■■■ but damn I got 1 run BPC for a 150mm rail gun I. Like what´s the point with it? Even as a new player it would be pointless becuse tutorial and carrer agents gives you like 4-5 of them for free. The most frigs will have 2-4 high slots and you want to have 2-3 guns for the dps. Also if I did not do my career agents I could still buy 10 of them for 1.5mill that you can make in like 30min or less doing missions.
As I said im not complain I just see no point with it what so ever I just wonder why we even have daily rewards if they have 0 point to them.

So… is it possible to choose which “Tier”/“loot crate” out of 5 visible I get? My accounts seem to have been geting “Tier 1” since the first day, yesterday it said “Next gift Tier 2”. Are we getting those loot crates in order that they appear in the window (i.e. 1st to 2nd to 3rd ect.)? Or are they “random” as well???
yeah i agree with the annoyance of the auto-applying of the boosters and skins. I rarely use boosters myself and half the skins are for ships i will never fly. i would rather have them go to my inventory and allow me to either give the items to someone that would use them or make a few isk off them via the market.

I’d actually be quite happy with this if i could activate them on my combat characters instead of having them randomly applied.
Really advertisement for the NES instead of an actual gift but the Isideko Combine line is quite sexy indeed as i’ve noticed so i guess it works…

I received a crash booster which was deleted immediately did not even redeem, had to laugh xD

That’s part of it, certainly, although it’s also just that half-annoyed feeling you get when someone gives you a rock and looks as if they expected you to be happy. Free stuff is free; sure, but why bother giving out something worthless in the first place?
A more serious component is that it enforces the notion of them having no idea how the game works. It’s funny, no doubt, but a bit worrying at the same time. You’d think someone, anyone, would have mentioned that combat boosters are actually only useful in combat, for example.

It is not worthless. You might not like the value, but it isn’t worthless.
Semantics of the most useless kind. For all intents and purposes, a time-limited, non-transferable skin for a ship I cannot reasonably train up in the time allotted is worthless.
