Only one of my accounts can log on

I have two accounts I use, since the launcher update one logs in fine, the other one I type in the username and password and it just disappears?

I can also log onto the website fine.

Is there a known fix on this?

I would first try running a verify on the shared cache (from launcher settings). If that doesn’t work, remove and re-add the account. If that doesn’t work, turn on logging in the launcher and start the problem character - submit a ticket with the launcher log file attached.

I have the exact same problem. I play on a Mac. two accounts work fine, the other not.
