Next time just say if everyone stop causing drama then it won’t sound like you try to blame others while pretending you are not part of the problem yourself.

You lost, I won :raised_hands:

Speaking of wordsalads that prove my point.

@Chad_Frostpacker and @Uriel_the_Flame

Go sit in the corner until you two are ready to make up and join the circle jerk on the same page.

Only if @Uriel_the_Flame stops using wordsald ….

wordsalad

Anyway a random though to the subject of this thread: Maybe the local rules and customs of each section of the forum should be taken and enforced more seriously could solve the issue somewhat?

As in the roleplay section is strictly for in-character talk though not sure how many actually write there.

While C&P is a sort of roleplay and more lenient section for subjects that are going to be by their nature more dramaesque.

But the rest of the forums should have minimal drama and the rules should be enforced more strictly.

Would this help or it is how it should be already and nobody thinks enforcing the rules would make a difference?

Because the problem seems to be that every thread in any section seems to devolve into the same back and forth between the same people (and their newly created alts) and no matter the subject things become trash almost always.

The only place I see the rules a bit more enforced is in the new player section and even there still not much better.

I agree and understand your concerns.

Much more enforced now than before.

A thread of ganker tears used to have the ISD jumping in to make fun of them. These days…

Hope this doesn’t shift into discussion of moderation but the question passed my mind why that is:

  • is it because the ISD are replaced over time (as in not forcibly but because some retire due to lack of time for example) and the new ones are less against gankig or less into speaking against it
  • and/or they are required to less participate personally to maintain a more neutral stance as part of their responsibilities
  • and/or they want to partake less in the potential drama and grew tired themselves of such?

Perhaps start practicing your own message then.

I never once caused any drama, I just wanted it to be clear for others not to cause it like the HSGanking permit.

On this thread I had not caused drama, only responding to allegation and I too respect the rules of the forum.

You still continue your petty selfish drama wordsalad. Just saying. :face_with_hand_over_mouth:

Look you Uriel the Enabler

Read what @Mr_Epeen had advised and go sit in the corner.

Yup’ you can’t stop. Not sure if you realize but just replying so you can show you have no restraint nor self-awareness.

I don’t think that’s the right answer.

The forums should be like null.

Less rules, more freedom of expression.

Yes but if the expression is just personal attacks and no actual discussion of the subject then you get stuff like the demonstration above regarding the wordsalads, which I keep replying to to be a clear showcase for the subject.

So as long as threads devolve into these pointless back and forths the forums will just become more meaningless. Don’t excpect things to improve without enforcement of the rules. Maybe that’s just my view though.

How would that stop the likes of drama mongers from spreading hateful terms about otherCapsuleers vocabulary?

Is that really appropriate?

For someone who has spent over a decade whining about how “toxic” EvE is, you seem unable to moderate your own behaviour.

Be the change that you want to see.
